Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and are happy to offer our upstairs. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new district in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.
