The condo is spectacular, spacious, bright, very clean, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The owner was very communicative, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's not walking distance to the town center, shops, or restaurants. You’ll need to take a taxi, which costs about $10 USD per ride.

I spent my birthday at the house, went with family and with my 2-year-old nephew. Everything was excellent, the structure of the house served us very well. The house is warm and beautiful, very comfortable, with impeccable facilities and services, very well decorated and is located in the middle of nature, 3 minutes from the beach walking, away from shopping centers and traffic and crowds typical of summer resorts. It has spaces to rest, read, cook, do yoga, watch movies… we spent an unforgettable family vacation with a lot of relaxation… Claudia deserves a special mention, who provides a very warm service, prepares typical delicacies for breakfast and lunch, takes care of every detail of the house and strives to make everything is in order making us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Caraíva is always an incredible new surprise. Túlio's house is on the street next to the little church and is easily accessible. Both to be in the center of the village or to go to Xandó. The house is well equipped, everything was clean and very comfortable. Túlio is a great host, responds quickly, if there is any problem, he solves it with agility and understanding. I will definitely stay at Casa Forró Family again, a really family-friendly and great place to be with family or friends.

It is very close to Tuperapuan beach and the main complexes of Porto Seguro, as well as a complete supermarket, restaurants, shops... all within 2 and 3 blocks of the condominium. The day I confirmed the reservation, Renise already made contact. The house was released as soon as the cleaning was finished, as we arrived early in Porto Seguro. When we arrived, I received very clear instructions to pick up the keys and gate control. The house was super clean and organized. Refrigerator and cabinets clean and organized. Beds with clean bed linen and towels. Oh, and despite having air conditioning, the house is super ventilated and with daylight radiating into all the rooms. I felt at home.
