Impeccable, clean house is comfortable! The host always asks! The only problem is that the street is literally flooded on rainy days because it has many potholes and the paving is compromised!

The stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and well located, we went to the alcohol walkway on foot because the surroundings have a lot of shops. The balcony with barbecue is very pleasant, the showers heat up well and the air conditioners work beautifully. I'll just leave a suggestion: the shower valve is a little bad at closing, which makes water drip if you don't squeeze it very hard… it's a suggestion just so we don't waste water unnecessarily hahaha but it didn't affect the stay at all, which was wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house is super spacious and thoughtfully designed — every detail feels fresh and modern, like it’s brand new. The pool was a huge highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the beach, and just a short drive to the ferry and historic old town. We even got to experience to a full moon ritual at Corujão Beach Club, which was such a unique and magical experience — definitely something I’ll never forget! Casa Sol is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. In addition to being aesthetically beautiful, the house is super comfortable and clean. The concierge Maga was an angel who helped us organize our stay and itinerary during the 6 days we stayed; gave great recommendations, booked the beach clubs, took us to very special places, in addition to having hired excellent cooks for the days we had meals at the house. We were in a group of 10 people, one of whom was a pre-teen, and I believe that our experience at the house could not have been better, mainly because of Maga's help.

Cássio was very attentive and proactive from the beginning, giving us tips from the region and places for tours. Cirlene welcomed us into the house and prepared our breakfast with joy every day, always helpful. It also carried out basic cleaning of the house daily, which was very practical. The rooms are spacious and well accommodate couples and family with up to 1 child. Equipped kitchen, we just miss microwaves to heat up meals. As a suggestion, we recommend putting a washing machine when possible, because in longer stays it would help in the washing and centrifugation of clothes in general. The house is a 10 minute drive from Quadrado, however it is close to the square that has supermarkets, pharmacy and bakery. We rent a car to get around to the Square and beaches.

Starting with the fact that they approved super fast and were very understanding of our situation, allowing us to check in early even with a last-minute reservation (in the early hours of the day before). Impeccable house, well decorated, with all possible amenities, in addition to Juliano's 10-star reception, kind and helpful, who explained everything and was available 100% of the time we were staying there. Attention to every detail, attention to guest comments made our stay very good. I highly recommend it!

Keiliane was super attentive from the day we made the reservation until our departure, the house is wonderful with a very good vibe, the decoration is very cozy, the location is excellent, close to everything, the price charged is very fair. We hosted for 09 days and the stay was AMAZING and WONDERFUL! Marcelo was super attentive, always ready in response and super darling! The house is the same as the photos, everything in place and the environment super comfortable! We love the privacy and security that the condominium presented, in addition to enjoying the delicious swimming pool and the environment with abundant nature, singing birds, all harmonic! My special thanks also to Sandro, who took care of the pool every morning! Always so cordial! We'll be back soon!!

5-star accommodation in every way. House in the center of everything in Caraiva, close to the river, the beach, good restaurants. Dante welcomed me and gave me all the necessary assistance during the stay. The house is well equipped and new, with a very Caraivano style. I recommend and will come back more often

Our stay was peaceful, we were well received by Roger and his mother, a quiet place to rest with the birds singing, near the center of the village, just a 10-minute walk.

The cocoa house united the simplicity and comfort we seek and at the same time with a touch of luxury in its amenities, minimalist and well thought out decor. An amazing location that facilitated and made us fall in love with Trancoso, near squared, from pharmacies, markets, bookstores. Another high point was the care when providing crib for my baby, as well as the carpet and the steamer that I requested. Indico for everyone and I look forward to coming back soon! I, my husband, son and my parents love and come back full of memories of these incredible days! :))

Simply a special place and we already think about going back. The house delivers everything it offers. The house was extremely clean and organized, the rooms were already air-conditioned when we arrived, and the bed and bath linens were impeccable. It's in the favorites. And Marta, who we hired to make meals, is very friendly and polite, we were very well received by her and we fell in love with the menu that was made. The hosts answered all the questions and helped us with the early check-in. I recommend with my eyes closed. Casa Pitanga is special.

Kika hosting was exactly like the advertised! Everything organized, new and whimsical! The care and treatment offered by her are a special detail. A love of person, always caring and caring. The location is great, in a quiet place and easy to access! Ability to walk or van to the center, being a great cost benefit. The best beaches are located closer to the house. We will definitely return more often!
