Fully renovated 1930s townhouse. We imagined the house to experience warm moments with family and friends. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area to dine or relax. The house is 5 minutes from the futuroscope by car, 5 minutes from the A10 exit. For the rest, the bakery, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the tobacco store, everything is within walking distance. Several free parking lots nearby.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
