Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. 40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 7 minutes from the Futuroscope, between Poitiers and Châtellerault, 10 minutes from Lake St. Cyr and its many activities. Located in the Commune of Dissay with its superb 15th century castle where you can enjoy its spa/hammam to relax after a tiring day or its gourmet restaurant. Carefully renovated in 2022 to accommodate 6 people.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
