Kid-friendly holiday rentals in District 10

Great place to experience local life. It’s a close niche neighborhood. Lots of little food places/stalls that are a few steps around the house. I grew up in such a neighborhood, so felt right at home. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. The area is quiet and neighborhoods are friendly. I would come back here when I visit vietnam again. Great place, great host.

Anh chị support mình chi tiết, phản hồi nhanh chóng từ ngày đau mình đến home kèm theo 1 bảng hướng dẫn vi vu Sài Gòn hữu ích. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thơm, các phòng chức năng sử dụng rất tốt. Nói chung không có điểm gì để chê luôn ạ. Highly recommend mọi người ghé thăm nơi này.

Very good environment, a person's space is not disturbed, nor does it disturb others.

Lan is the best. She gave me the space I needed, the peace of mind, and I felt right at home (almost like at home with mom). The place itself has soundproof walls, a relaxing balcony and nice neighbours. About to book my next stay, brb :)

Alrighty, stayed at room 503. It's not the same view as on the picture, but the room gets enough sunshine. The place is not close to the center, but you can get to quite a few popular places with just one bus ride. The 2 hypermarkets are about 20 minutes walk away. A farmer's market also about 12 minute walk away. Vân (security lady) downstairs is extra kind, she was very helpful with my package deliveries :) 18–20L water jug can be purchased right next door, quite a few good options (be prepared for a refundable jug deposit). The laundry machine is available & drying racks are plenty, no issues there! Very basic cleaning is done once a week.There were a few things missing for me. No dish washing soap, no sponges, no cleaning rags, no hand soap, kitchen towels, no trash bins or bags, no spices like salt or pepper.Probably not bad for long term stays as you can buy it yourself, but short term is not very convenient. I'd negotiate the electric price prior to booking. It's a bit pricey.

Stayed for 3 months here, everything worked pretty much as expected and any issues were resolved quickly with fast response times. WiFi worked well so I was able to work from the apartment and there’s working air con and a fan so heat wasn’t an issue. Only thing may be that the main door has the same code as your apartment door which isn’t the safest practise but didn’t personally bother me at all but worth noting

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)

Great time at Co Fi house. We loved the authentic apartment building in a great location. The space was very nice and clean as well!

This apartment is a great spot from which to explore Ho Chi Minh City. Great restaurants, attractions, and events nearby. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, and great mattress was super comfy. Just be aware—as others have noted—that you are in the middle of a bustling city, so it can be a bit noisy. The hosts were super responsive, proactive, and left very clear instructions. We would definitely stay there again!

The location is the highlight of this stay - everything is close to the property. Marty is an amazing host and was very friendly throughout the stay.
