100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong! Always professionally cleaned & sanitized: consists of 2 separate units, main house & apartment below. Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.

In an incredible location, set back from the road giving peace and quiet! This is a light, dry, clean, comfortable, spacious basement unit with private entrance. It is well equipped with every need provided for. Unfortunately due to health issues of residents this property is exempt from accepting Service Animals and ESA.
