Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

The master bedroom and living room offer large-screen LCD TVs and the two additional bedrooms have 32" LCD TVs. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen. A huge rear deck and both fixed and floating docks provide options for watching the sun rise over the river, sturgeon jumping and manatee meandering along. Wheelchair accessible. Fun times!

This three-bedroom, three-bath riverfront cottage accommodates up to seven guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort and outdoor enjoyment. Relax on the spacious private screened-in porch, designed to immerse you in the beauty of the outdoors. Lot was upgraded in 2021 (again in 2023, 2024) for parking of up to 2 RVs with new lime rock paving, one 30 and one 50-Amp plugin, plus 2 separate water and septic connections. Horseshoe Beach is a small, peaceful, fishing village with fishing guides, boat, kayak and golf cart rentals. Excellent scalloping a short boat ride away.
