Holiday rentals with beach access in Djursholm

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with our family at the apartment and immediately felt at home. It was cosy, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is super central and close to everything. In case we needed assistance we were in contact quickly and helped. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Really lovely apartment - the views are amazing and the photos don’t quite do them justice. Great location and Östermalm has a really nice vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay - modern, very clean, easy to find, nice beds. We were travelling with 3 adults and 2 children (baby and a 4-year-old). There was a high chair, baby cot and dishes for kids in the apartment. The host was helpful and very quick to respond. Only downside was that the elevator was so small, that the strollers couldn't fit in. All in all, can definitely recommend this place!

We had a great two day stay at Lena’s! The apartment is attached to her home, she provides total privacy and is very responsive to any requests or needs. The house is a minute walk to the bus stop and the city center and main sights in Stockholm are accessible through public transportation. Uber to these sights is also affordable if needed or in a hurry. The cozy apartment was a great place for resting and cooking at the end of the day ! Would definitely recommend and love to stay hear again if visiting Stockholm.

Nice apartment very close to the train station and city center, perfect for my business trip. The host was very friendly and flexible with the check in. Will come back

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Vi tillbringade en helg i stugan och hade det fantastiskt trevligt. Stugan var ren, välutrustad och hade allt vi behövde för att känna oss hemma. När vi kom var sängarna bäddade, handdukar framlagda för alla och vi möttes av en fin välkomstgåva i form av hembakat bröd och fika, en omtänksam gest som verkligen uppskattades. Stugan ligger otroligt vackert, med magisk omgivning och en rofylld miljö. Det fanns många fina platser både inne och ute där man kunde slå sig ner och bara njuta. Kommunikation med värden fungerade utmärkt, och det märktes att det var viktigt för hen att vi skulle trivas. Vi kan varmt rekommendera ett besök, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Staying at this lakeside house by Kroksjön was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was impeccable everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplaces were a highlight. Both the traditional wood-burning and modern styles created a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings a perfect way to unwind in the middle of nature. The private hot tub overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by peaceful nature was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. The house is surrounded by pure nature, peaceful, serene, and filled with the calming sound of birdsong. Wallbox charger for our electric car was a major convenience. Highly recommended.

Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit des Hauses waren herausragend, und die liebevoll gestalteten Details der Einrichtung haben uns immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Jeder Raum war mit so viel Geschmack und Sinn für das Besondere eingerichtet, dass es ein harmonisches und einladendes Gesamtbild ergab – fast wie ein zweites Zuhause. Besonders die Sauna und der Kamin haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet und für unvergessliche Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Schneefall an Silvester, der die ohnehin schon malerische Umgebung in ein wahres Winterwunderland verwandelte. Diese Kombination aus traumhafter Landschaft und außergewöhnlicher Unterkunft hat unseren Schweden-Urlaub genauso werden lassen, wie wir ihn uns erträumt hatten. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben! Für alle, die Wert auf eine besondere Atmosphäre, erstklassige Ausstattung

Vi trivdes otroligt bra i Kristins och Anders vackert renoverade soldattorp med högsta tänkbara standard. Vi älskade bubbelpoolen, bryggan och utsikten. Anders och Kristin är drömvärdar som fixar allt och ger massor av tips. Jag behövde ett litet skrivbord att jobba vid och då fixade dom det direkt. Kopior, tips på suveräna restauranger och kuriosa om omgivningen gav de också. Tack snälla ni! Vi kommer tillbaka och kan varmt rekommendera denna idylliska pärla! ❤️

We had a brilliant stay..! Such a great location, really easy to get about! Karl was brilliant at communicating with us and also really helped out with great eating recommendations and also helped us with a taxi!

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back for a third. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and everything anyone would need. But add in the Jörgen is an amazing host! Responsive to any questions and friendly! The check in and check out process is the easiest we have ever had and we can’t wait to come back again! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay here

Wir waren für 5 Tage bei euch und fanden es wunderschön. Die Lage war einfach nur Top. Das Haus war super eingerichtet sodass wirklich nichts gefehlt hat. Die Kommunikation hat auch super geklappt. Das Wetter hätte ein wenig besser sein können aber ansich war es einfach Top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder aber dann evtl. für mehr Tage. Liebe Grüße Yvonne

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Meget søde og hjælpsomme værter, der hurtigt reagerede på vores besked og eventuelle tvivsspørgsmål. Vi manglende intet i lejligheden og nød hver morgen og aften den skønne udsigt fra den overdækkede balkon eller fra tagterrassen. Lejligheden var flot rengjort over det hele, da vi ankom og indeholdt alt det oplyste udstyr. Alt fungerede uden problemer. En rigtig fin og overskuelig vejledning til boligen var lagt til os. Helt sikkert en bolig, der får den bedste anbefaling herfra.

Все пройшло чудово! Lina була дуже любʼязна, прийняла нас трошки раніше часу заїзду, за що ми вдячні. Поруч тихо спокійно, є парк в якому можна прогулятись і дуже красива природа. Недалеко є транспорт на якому можна доїхати куди завгодно. Все зручно і дуже затишно. Також є супермаркети зі всім необхідним. Плюс заклади де можна поїсти. Дуже вдячні за теплий прийом🥰!!

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Absolutely loved our stay at Stefan’s place. He was a very friendly and accommodating host, easy to communicate with, and made us feel warmly welcome from the start. The apartment was exactly as advertised – nicely decorated, well-equipped, and in a peaceful building despite being right in the heart of “Knivsöder.” The highlight was definitely the narrow balcony with its charming glimpse of the water – perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The fold-out couch was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the proper mattress, and everything we needed was on hand. The only drawback was the spotty internet connection, especially from the bed. Online meetings worked from the kitchen counter (albeit not at lightning speed), so we assume this is more about the router’s location near the front door and the thick walls than the service itself. Hopefully Stefan can improve it with a repeater or router upgrade – in which case the stay would easily go from five to “six stars.”

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

Leiligheten var rett og slett som forventet. Verten er veldig hyggelig og svarer fort. Det at man kunne lade bil gjorde alt veldig enkelt.
