This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a quiet rural village near Seoul. It faces south, so the morning sun shines very warmly. The maximum number of guests is 4 when visiting with infants and toddlers under the age of 2. Guests can independently use the entire first floor and garden of the two-story house. The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance is separated, so you can have a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a peaceful rest. [Barbecue] Standing barbecue grill + grill available, and the additional cost is 15,000 KRW. [Fireplace] * The fireplace starts to burn from the season when the temperature goes below zero. * The fireplace can cause fire hazards and spread smoke indoors, so the owner lights it directly.

Space 1 has a 40-pyeong party room (single use) Space 1/Space 2 each have a bedroom (33m2 × 2) on the 2nd floor. It's a warm ondol room. Beam Project karaoke facilities are available.
