Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, swimming pool, common office space, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Amazing location and great convenience of having a car space at the accomodation. Walkable distance to many great restaurants and attractions. The apartment was perfect for our weekend stay, and the view was great too. Hosts were very helpful and made sure check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Melbourne.

Perfect location. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly and very clear instructions. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Tony & Annie has been an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was prompt, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and household items needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better — with great cafés, restaurants, trams, and the train station all just a short walk away. Annie was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made a huge difference on our travel day. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back in the future. Thank you, Tony & Annie, for making our stay so memorable!

Nice new place. Very clean and tidy. plenty of wardrobe space. Amaizing city views from both bedrooms and living area. Woolworths downstairs made it very convenient to get groceries. Loved the spa on level 54. And good size gym. Living and dining is a bit small. But might be the case with all the similar city apartments.

Just the right space for our 2 night city stay with young kids. We loved the view, location and warmth of the apartment. We all loved the spa downstairs at the end of the day. Thanks for having us!

I had a fantastic stay at Queenie’s Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, making it feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. Located in the heart of the city, it couldn't be more convenient—public transport was easily accessible, which made exploring the area a breeze. One of the highlights was the amazing city views, which added a special touch to my experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the city!

Adam and his partner are great hosts! Their check in and check out procedures are straight forward and easy to follow. Their apartment was extremely tidy and did not expect anything less from the images listed. Communication was strong which made checking in very easy 🙂

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for my ice hockey tournament—super convenient and easy to get around. Jamile was lovely and very responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The place itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. 5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

I had a great work trip staying at Shani’s apartment. It was surprisingly quiet for a high rise complex. I didn’t have time to use the pool and gym areas but they looked reasonably good and clean. Bed was comfortable, apartment had everything I needed. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom made my hair silky smooth and smelled lovely - I should have taken a photo of them before leaving to buy for myself! Would definitely stay again, location was perfect for getting the skybus to and from the airport.
