We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. We are happy to host you in our completely protected and detached villa with a private pool (length 7.30 meters, width 3.50 meters) located in the center of Datça, one of the most beautiful holiday towns of our country. Our house was renovated and put into service in June 2020 to meet all the needs of our guests. It offers a very nice holiday option for both families with children and those who want to have a holiday with a group of friends.

It's located in a garden planted with leafy trees and colourful flowers. The patio in front of the apartment can be used from the guests, as well. The apartment is designed and furnished according to the strictest accessibility criteria. Its large bathroom has both a shower chair and grab rails.

It consists of a single room with a living room, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the backyard of the residence there is a private pool with a hydromassage. It also has a barbecue and a comfortable sitting area for relaxing.
