The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

The building is a new built, elevator, sauna, gym is also available for free for the guests and tenants too. During this time, we learnt a lot from our guests, and we're always improving something in the apartment. The building is historic, approximately 150 years old. But the flat is modern, and was recently renovated. It is situated in the city centre, so you can reach everything within a few steps. We're looking forward to welcome you!

Rooftop Studio in the downtown with AC

Air conditioned studio in the 7th district, at the very heart of Budapest, in front of the Great Synagogue. The studio has been refurnished and redecorated – you can check the pictures - and it is situated on the top floor - there is elevator in the building - of a historical building in the Jewish district. From the window you can see the statue of Freedom on the Hill Gellert and also Deak square. It is beautiful especially at night.
