The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Het slaaplokaal te Wierum is een prachtig en gezellig appartement met privé sauna (tegen extra betaling), gelegen in een voormalige basisschool op 150m van de Waddenzee. Het ligt midden in het Unesco Werelderfgoed, waar je intens kunt genieten van de rust en schoonheid van het Waddengebied. Het appartement is verrassend ruim (70m2) en biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 pers. Kinderen kunnen zich vermaken op de trampoline, op het gras/voetbalveld en kunnen ook knuffelen met onze konijnen en cavia's.

An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

A panoramic window overlooking farmlands and IJsselmeer. Waterfront terrace with cozy seats. WiFi! Unique place on open water and lots of nature!

"Slapers" spacious ground floor apartment & garden

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Many restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as theaters and cinemas are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a large main room that has been lovingly renovated and equipped to a high standard. The perfect place to relax and explore the city.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Just minutes to downtown and yet wonderfully located at the so-called "Julianenpark." Central yet in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Many shopping facilities can be reached quickly.
