The Flat has 2 bedrooms (with A/C and heater for the winter) 2 full bathrooms and a studio. Each bedroom and the living room have a TV hooked to local cable and fiber internet. This home includes maid service once a week. There are stairs to get to the apartment, located on the 1st floor. You are in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, there is a bar downstairs that plays live music and it can be noisy, especially during the weekend. You are close to shops, restaurants and art galleries.

Conchita's house: Beautiful apartment in the center

Apartment in downtown San Miguel, excellent panoramic view because it is on a second level, and with a wonderful terrace (this apartment that is rented, the terrace is private), and having very close the craft market, churches, restaurants, clubs, everything a step away from you, you do not need a vehicle since there are parking lots 100 meters and 200 meters around, if you need to move around the city I have contact with taxis or Uber.
