Great Location-great rooftop-be ready for stairs! Traveled solo to visit SMA after years away, and visit local friends. Mariana’s place was perfect for me, centrally located, good value, great rooftop view! Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Was a bit concerned about the busy thoroughfare street, but with windows closed at night after the traffic subsided (around 9:30pm during the weekdays, a little later weekends), got quieter. I am more sound than light sensitive so I still wore earplugs at night, which I advise if you are also sound sensitive (I still slept well!). Because the casa is pretty narrow in width, the rooms are spread out across 3 floors plus the 4th floor rooftop, so that means moving between floors on stairs a lot. You’ll adjust after a couple days. Fresh water dispenser was welcome. No A/C but floor fans worked. Just be mindful, you will be climbing the stairs a lot so not advisable for mobility challenged. We went as a family for the weekend and we were surprised by the size of its spaces, this is literally huge and very cool. The attention of the host and Mary was also exceptional 10/10

This house is beautiful, spacious, nicer than the photos, the area is very quiet, ideal for resting, the pool is spotless and the water at a good temperature all the time. It has everything you need to feel at home, even has baby furniture, me who took my 1 year old baby to chair, great service. And it has a very nice view. I would definitely come back. And Fabián is always very attentive and with excellent communication.

Excellent house as it appears in the description. Alberto and Luis answer at all times they are super attentive and the house is clean, beautiful and in a nice area. Everything excellent will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

Everything was as advertised the house, very safe the private one, the pool water at a very good temperature a quiet and friendly ambience. The administrators are very attentive and responsible, any details solve it without any problem,without thinking I would return again.

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

I definitely plan to return soon! The place is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay and suddenly not go out and enjoy the place, Rafa is always attentive, I ordered breakfast and everything was delicious, the area is quiet, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience! Lydia’s bamboo retreat, just a short walk to the center of town, was a fantastic retreat. I felt safe and secure in the apartment which was peaceful, quiet and restful, especially as a solo female traveler. Great WiFi as I worked remotely for the week. And I enjoyed the kitchen, walking around the neighborhood, going to LiveAqua for a drink and dinner. I took advantage of a Gua Sha facial with Lydia which was heart opening and amazing! Highly recommend for a couple or solo traveler! I’ll be back!
