Bia was an excellent hostess, very helpful and polite, always responding quickly to messages, very dear to her. The house is great, totally true to the description and the photos. Great location, safe, close to markets and fuel stations, 7-8 minutes by car from the city center. Super quiet locale, very clean, organized and cozy. I traveled with his wife and son for leisure, we were very well installed. I recommend it to everyone.

Impeccable house, complete, with all the utensils you need as per the ad, refrigerator stocked with drinks separately. I ended up not seeing in the ad that it would be a duplex, if you have guests next door you end up hearing conversations, TV noise, etc., and the patio is shared, for those looking for something more private, it may be a hindrance. In addition, it is an excellent place for those who go to Bagé, I recommend it!
