Excellent place to learn kite, the staff team are the best, super attentive, the delicious food, spend the whole day at the beach, I was lent equipment to paddle, Kayak and Snorking. I learned a lot with Miky and David. Helen is super attentive and efficient, she explained every detail to us. I definitely didn't want to go.

The view of Los Haitises Park from our balcony was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked our tours at the hotel and enjoyed ourselves greatly. The food is very good and the pools are very relaxing. Given its location, a little harder to get to but worth it.

the only thing we regret is that we only booked one night. the pictures don't do justice to the accommodation! We were overwhelmed by the complex. the pools were nice and appropriately integrated into the surroundings. the room was very large, clean and super nice. The place is very secluded, no noise from the city, but only the steady sound of the creek and tropical rain. There was a buffet for dinner, which is very balanced and delicious. various tours are offered in the Los Haitises park. We took the opportunity and made the 4h kayak tour and a birdwatching tour with José. I can warmly recommend the accommodation and the tour offer.

This place is amazing, the pictures don't really do it justice to what it really is, it is very close to both the lemon and the door, so it has a key location to do the activities. The green and low environmental impact approach is a philosophy that they lead to the concept, in the smallest details you can notice the effort to be a genuine ecolodge

Highly recommendable. My partner was feeling sick so we ask for an early checkin which was granted immediately. Furthermore, due to 1 night stay only we were given late check out as well. Alex was super supportive and great in communication. Great stay. Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

it was a pleasure to wake up early each morning and walk on the beach. The proximity to Kite Beach is great. Judy, Chris and their helpers made me feel at home.

Beautiful place to stay in, you're surrounded by nature and everything looked clean and organized, Luis miguel who received us was very welcoming and friendly, the speaker they have is pretty loud, we had a great time.

El Gallo ecolodge is a peaceful place to disconnect from urban life and reconnect with nature in a rural, plant filled environment. Bryn and Ernesto were super friendly, approachable and passionate about their space. There are so many different plants and herbs and so much to learn about them. The staff is friendly and hard working and the pools are excellent to cool down on a hot day in El gallo. Their mojitos by the pool are so delicious and their meals are to die for!. It was such a pleasure to sit and talk to a Bryn about her plants and enjoy the orchids! Loved it.

Super nice place. Marcos create space with good vibes. I enjoy the stay there.

The room was very clean! Good A/C and water heater. Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Felt secure with the gate at the front. It was a very nice environment and felt like I was staying at a relative's house. They have a large variety at breakfast. Most of the rooms are spaced out. Unfortunately I got the one all the way at the back but at least it was very quiet and private. Will definitely book here again.

It's a million dollar view. Very peaceful. Perfect if you're looking for a glamping-style experience. Francis and his family were very kind in welcoming me to their home. Note that you'll probably want to meet the owner where the main road turns off to the property's road, as its difficult to get to.

I loved this stay. The nature aspect of it the view and the staff was absolutely incredible. Shout out to Chef Mirko for the amazing dinners.

Don't hesitate.... this place IS as good as it sounds. This little resort has about 7 rooms, with most open to nature . At first it seemed weird, sleeping in a room missing a wall. But that openness allows for you to be drawn in to the wilderness. Dont worry about bugs or creatures in the night.... all of them are comfortable where they are. We were treated to a morning rainstorm that highlighted the oneness that you experience when you are so close to nature Make sure you stay for dinner and save a day to just relax in the forest.... it's worth it.

Amazing experience, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast was good, the room clean, and most importantly, the views will leave you speechless. It is a great place to disconnect and explore the surrounding beaches.

This place is nice, all we needed was there. Host is very willing to help and kind. The room was clean. We appreciated the private parking and that we arrived late and the host was waiting for us. We recommend this place.
