All the decorations are handmade, making it truly the best place for relaxation and rest during your holiday. The host family was very welcoming and helpful. They provided great local recommendations and offered motorbike rentals, plus bicycles were available free of charge — which was a great way to explore the area. The room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bath and a beautiful garden view right from the bathroom — very relaxing. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and breakfasts and drinks were very affordable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Loved our stay here. Such a beautiful place in the quiet rice paddies, but an easy motorbike ride to anything you want to see/do. Dan and the rest of the staff were really helpful, friendly and hospitable. We had a last minute itinerary change and Dan was able to accomodate us last minute with late night arrival. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Ninh Binh.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location for exploring Hanoi, especially the Old Quarter. The bed was super comfortable, which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. The only minor thing is that the street noise could be a bit loud at night, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. We’re not light sleepers and like to stay out late, so the street noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, being in the Old Quarter gave us a true local experience that we’d never get staying in a hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Had a great stay at Jasmine's place. She was super helpful and helped us plan our boat tour, we got bikes and had such a great afternoon after we arrived at the hotel. Even after checking out, we were able to store our luggage with her and even use a room to shower and freshen up after our day trip. We got towels and it was perfect for our onward journey in the evening. Thank you for the great time here, we will be happy to come back.

The host is very friendly and welcoming, although the entrance is not particularly easy to find, but the directions are very clear. Close to the school, cheap and delicious restaurants nearby, downstairs is a cafe, unfortunately it's closed on weekends. The terrace and yard are a big surprise, and when the weather is not too hot, you can work or rest there. I love the art supply store next door, you can learn what tools Vietnamese students use to paint
