A private hanok rental with a garden, located in the heart of Hwangnidan-gil. This is a space where you can enjoy a special traditional experience of playing the kayageum yourself inside the accommodation. Aren't you familiar with the kind of trip where you're busy during the day and tired at night? Owens Stay is a private hanok for one group, offering exclusive use of the garden and the entire space. The moment you close the door, the noise disappears, and the pace of your day naturally slows down amidst the garden view, the Jacuzzi, and cozy moments by the fire. The traditional Gayageum experience at the accommodation is a 60-minute program with a regular price of KRW 40,000 per person, but it is offered to guests staying at the accommodation at a special price of KRW 20,000 per person. This experience is perfect for both family trips with children and romantic getaways with a partner. Create moments that are captured in photos and remembered through sound. Breakfast, a Jacuzzi, a fireplace, traditional hanbok, and a tea ceremony experience are provided free of charge, and major historical sites can be reached on foot. 🌿 For customers who make reservations on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday) in March, we will offer the Kayagum experience at a special price of KRW 10,000 per person. Weekdays in March are the best time to enjoy a quiet stay.

There are three bedrooms, and it is a modern hanok consisting of one kitchen, a dining room, and two toilets and a bathtub. ~ Up to 4 people in the main building (room 1.2 bathroom. Kitchen use) From 5 people to the annex (Room 3. Use of the bathroom) ~ In the cozy courtyard, we have also prepared an atmosphere that can only be found in a hanok. In Momoi Hwangchon, if you come with a light heart, we have prepared basic tableware, basic cooking facilities, as well as shower amenities and towels. It is also equipped with Bluetooth audio and standby me, and if you need more help, please feel free to let the host know and we will help you quickly.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
