Very good area ! It feels cozy and antique. Great woodfloor ! Subway station and convenience store are very close (and pc room) !

非常干净，一进去被设计惊喜到。位置很好离汉南洞的店走路都可以到，巷子口就有cu非常方便。这个区域的叔叔们非常热心，第一天找不到比划+猜也要给我们指路。作为外国人最头疼的就是每次的垃圾分类，但是也尽力完成了。唯一的缺点就是楼层高楼梯窄搬箱子不方便，其他的都很好，打车建议定位CU，给大家参考CU 한남중앙점。再有就是空调遥控器等都是全韩语只能对着papago 看，第一天错把暖气当成了空调🫠其中一个卧室也没有空调，夏天可能需要注意～～～

One of the cosiest and most atmospheric places I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The living room is so cool - and it smelled amazing. There’s a lot of space, so it’s perfect for families and other small groups. The location is good for visiting Hongdae and especially Gangnam, you will need to plan ahead if you wish to go further though (i.e to Western/Central Seoul), so keep that in mind. I recommend the area, regardless - it’s a unique experience as it seems not much tourists are around, perfect for an evening stroll + good restaurants around. The host was super responsive to all my questions. Thank you so much again! 감사합니다~

체크인 안내도 정확하였고, 숙소도 정말 깨끗하고 따듯했습니다 ! 아산병원은 도보로 15분~20분 정도고 직진만 하면 돼 찾아가기 정말 쉬웠습니다! 롯데월드몰도 10분거리라 이용하는 내내 정말 편했어요! 층간소음도 전혀 없었습니다! 호스트 분들도 정말 친절하셨고 부득이하게 사정이 있었는데 배려해주셨어요! 정말 감사합니다 !

아이들과 잔디밭이 있는 숙소에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다~! 쌈채소도 직접 따먹고 야옹이들도 보고~~ 행복한 추억이었어요🩷 감사합니다🩷

너무 만족했던 숙소였어요 침대가 너무 푹신하고 포근해서 일어나기 싫었고 수압도 적당하고 온수도 잘 나와서 샤워할 때 너무 좋았어요 티비 문제로 밤 늦게 연락 드렸는데도 불구하고 빠르게 답장 해주셔서 너무 좋았어여 아늑한 자취방 같은 느낌이라 정말 잘 지내고 갑니당 추후 서울 방문시 다시 예약할 거에요 !!

交通：位于建大一号口附近，姐姐提供的指引真的很清晰了！！ 位置：在一条巷子里面，但是巷子很宽敞，而且虽然外面很热闹但是房间特别安静。 卫生：房间很整洁，而且房东姐姐跟我们说可以直接把垃圾放着让她分类就好，但是我们想体验一下也很耐心的告诉我们垃圾怎么分类。 最后：两个人住刚刚好，房间内东西都很齐全。还贴心的准备了转换头，民宿出去那边的炸鸡很好吃。而且离江南区很近方便打卡，也方便去kpso，是一段很美好的回忆，祝房东姐姐生活一切顺利🥰~

Location was perfect and the curated book of restaurants and places to eat in Hongdae was very thoughtful! Many great suggestions! Hosts were very communicative and accomodating of my family of 5, including one baby. Would definitely stay here again!

뷰 정말 좋고 정말 깨끗해요 후기처럼 꼭대기 있어서 주차가 조금 걱정되긴하지만 막 힘들다 무섭다 정도는 아니고 가족들하고 정말 잘 놀다 갑니다 다음에 지인들하고 와야겠어요

정원도 아름답고 집도 정말 깨끗하고 편안했습니다! 침구도 식기도 깨끗하고 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 강아지들 식탁 식기구 수건 패드 다 준비해주셔서 감사했습니다♡ 마당 구석에 길냥이 챙겨주시는 사료를 강아지가 많이 먹어버려서 조금 걱정이 되긴 했어요ㅠㅜ아토피가 심한 아이인데 식탐이 대단하거든요ㅋㅋㅋ 먹성 좋은 강아지와 함께 여행하시는 분들은 참고하시고 도착하면 밥그릇 올려두시는게 좋을 것 같아요! 그래도 전체적으로 정말 깔끔하고 소품 하나하나 감성적으로 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져있고 아주 만족스러웠습니다ㅎㅎ

다양한즐길거리 가 가득한 숙소! 너무 만족한 여행이었습니다. 욕실3개 있는 숙소 찾기 어려웠는데 3개 각방에 딸린점과 반려동물에 친화적인 환경 친절하신 호스트님~ 앞에 새로지은 숙소에서 스크린 골프도 칠수 있게 배려해주시도 커피도 내려주시고 감사히 잘 놀다왔습니다 주위에 많이 추천 하고 싶네요

웰컴드링크도 맛있었고 숙소 옆 카페도 크고 좋았습니다~! 숙소는 사진이랑 똑같았고 깨끗하고 너무 이뻤어요 강아지가 뛰어놀기에도 좋은 숙소였고 사장님들도 너무 친절해서 정말 편하게 쉬고 놀다가 왔습니다! 바베큐하는 곳도 캠핑 감성이라 좋았고 불멍까지 완벽했던 숙소 였습니다👍

Séjour très agréable et lieu bien placé. Attention néanmoins à la salle de bain glissante. Heureusement toutes les dispositions sont prise en compte par l’hôte. Accès avec des escaliers donc peut être faire attention pour les personnes âgées / PMR.

Margaret was a very helpful host that always responded promptly and provided clear instructions to any questions asked! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip back!

We stayed for one month and had a great experience! The host was always responsive, and while the location is a bit far from major tourist attractions, it is conveniently close to subway and bus stations. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely loved my stay at this light and airy studio apartment in Seongbuk — one of the best locations in Seoul! If you want to skip the tourist traps and experience a more authentic, local side of the city, this is the place. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, near beautiful Bukhansan and surrounded by embassy homes, giving it an upscale but down-to-earth feel. Just meters from subway line 4, it’s easy to get anywhere in the city, then return to a quiet, welcoming community. The studio has a Lower East Side vibe — minimal, stylish, and full of natural light. The corner unit offers stunning mountain views in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Clean, uncluttered, and cared for, I felt completely comfortable and safe on the 11th floor with Seoul all around me. I already plan to come back and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommended for a unique and refreshing stay!

Nice place,at first its hard to find the place due to many vendors infront of the building,but im thankful to our service driver,he helps us to find it and also to the host that is very helpful to all my inquiries.

Loved our stay here! It’s walkable to Myeongdong and to Namsan cable car. Very convenient and quiet area. Host also helped me sort out my delayed luggage. She communicated with the airport staff and had it delivered to the place. Kamsamnida!!
