House holiday rentals in Dongjak District

Just wanted to say Thank You Jun! For letting me and my family stay. If you want a full ”Korean Experience”, with lots of local restaurants, and river walks or runs this a place to stay. The train station is also very close.

we really had a great stay in Seoul and the location was perfect near Seoul station! the accommodation was clean in a peaceful and quiet area and we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend this place! :)

It is a beautiful place that is very calming to stay in. The view is incredible!

It was a clean space, and there was no inconvenience even when several people used it. They respond quickly and guide you kindly.

Celebrated my two year anniversary with my boyfriend and I absolutely loved the Airbnb! It was a perfect home for our stay and extremely spacious.Everything was very clean, the host was very responsive and gave us recommendations. Our flight got delayed and they were super accommodation on letting us leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out before we headed to the airport!

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

The location is so easy to get to by airport bus and the place had so many amenities like laundry, dryer, microwave, water heater, etc. The hosts were very friendly and responsive! I had a great time and hope to visit again. ^^

Good value for money. Very responsive and friendly host, I highly recommend this accommodation which was very well equipped (with various cutlery, dishes, appliances, toiletries etc...) We even had noodles and bottles of water when we arrived. The room was perfect with comfortable bedding (and air conditioning) Thanks a lot ☺️

We stayed for around 2 weeks and Luna was a great host. She was proactive, always responsive, and friendly. We stayed with a 14-month toddler, and she thoughtfully provided gifts for our daughter. The place was clean and had all the basic things for us to stay comfortably away from home.

We stayed for 6 nights in Sophie's place and had a wonderful stay. Her communication was very good and all the necessary details were clearly provided on Airbnb. She was very considerate to offer picking us up at airport since we were very early morning, and she was worried we might not find her place. During our whole stay, she was on top of things to ensure we would have a pleasant time. As for her home, it is exactly as described, very clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of nice book and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is in a charming, authentic Korean neighborhood, away from the glitz of commercial areas, offering a peaceful and genuine experience. Just steps away from the house, there’s a lovely stream perfect for a stroll or a run. Nearby, you’ll find a few cozy cafés and restaurants, and within a five-minute walk, you’ll reach Sillim Station, where a wider variety of dining and nightlife options await, especially in the evenings.

We loved this Airbnb!! the rooms were spacious and the host had lots of pamphlets with instructions! the rooftop was amazing and we made some incredible memories here! when I come back to Seoul, I'll stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Dream stay. It was so convenient with the subway and bus station so close. And there are so many restaurants right next to it as well. 은영 si was soo helpful and even treated us to a coffee on a really hot day. Will definitely recommend this place to others and would love to visit again. ♥️😊

It was a very comfortable experience.

The Hanok was beautiful inside and out. The free bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again when we are back in Seoul.

Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. There were some restrictions on ventilating due to the ring, but it was a satisfactory accommodation because the entire house was remodeled. I came by private car, and I was fortunate to have a parking area, but if you are coming by a sedan car, it seems that if you don't be careful when parking, it will be common for the lower body of the vehicle to reach the ground. True ~ It's not too far from Soongsil University Subway Station on foot ~ Cost-effective accommodation

Loved the place - very clean and cozy. The host had a lot of basic essentials in the house (hygiene items, towels, etc). There are also clean dishes, utensils and pots to use if you feel like cooking. House comes equipped with a dryer and washer too. Whenever we had an enquiry, Jiwoo would answer really promptly. House is also just 10 mins away from the metro, very convenient. Would come back again!

The accommodation was so neat and nice. Since it's Line 2, it was good to go anywhere in Seoul. There was a beam projector, so it was emotional It was nice to be able to sleep separately because there are 2 rooms. The 4 of us came to Seoul. Thanks to that, it was a perfect trip Host, you're so kind!!

Very clean and bright accommodation environment, the house is very close to the subway station, you can go to the airport by airport bus, really very convenient! There are many restaurants and coffee shops around, don't worry about what you don't eat☺️
