Obschon mitten in der Stadt ist ein ruhiger Garten sowie ein kostenloser Parkplatz (ansonsten überall gebührenpflichtig!) auf dem privaten Grundstück vorhanden. Geschäfte und Gastronomiebetriebe finden sie direkt vor der Türe. Sehr gute Autobahnanbindung für Ausflüge in ganz Vorarlberg, CH und D.

Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt bei der Jausenstation Kreiers Alp, von der aus man viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen kann, ohne ins Auto steigen zu müssen. Bei der Feuerstelle kann man mit Blick auf Wald, Berge und Bodensee entspannen.
