Vous profiterez d’une villa chaleureuse et moderne à la fois, avec sa grande terrasse de 120m2, entourée de montagnes. Vous y trouverez tous le confort nécessaire pour vos moments de détente. La Villa et ses 6 couchages pourront accueillir jusqu’à 11 personnes. Elle est entièrement chauffée par la cheminée et les radiateurs et dispose d’un jacuzzi, d’une table de pingpong ainsi que d’un billard.

Located 45 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island (Boucan Canot and Roches Noires).

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have two lovely dogs in the garden. There is an extra €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Come and discover our outbuilding located in a peaceful and quiet residential area. You can also take the opportunity to recharge your batteries, near the pool, and enjoy the sunsets.
