I recommend the place for people who want to isolate themselves :)

We stayed at the Stöckli for 10 days in June 2025, and it was the perfect home base for our first trip to Switzerland. Just 15 minutes north of Bern, the property is tucked into a peaceful, scenic valley, ideal for nature lovers and day trippers alike. Raph and Anja are truly exceptional hosts. From the personalized welcome sign and gifts of homemade honey and jam to the well equipped kitchen, cozy bedding, and thoughtful touches like fresh local flowers, maps, and even toiletries and a first aid kit, no detail was overlooked. Their warm hospitality and helpful suggestions for local sights made us feel instantly at home. Their son, Valentin, was also a delight. The setting is straight out of a storybook, quiet country roads, wildflower meadows, and tree lined fields full of birdsong, deer, and the occasional fox. A tranquil pond sits behind the house, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the calm. Just a short walk up a narrow country road reveals

Cottage in a great location for visiting the area. The apartment is very spacious and perfectly equipped. The wood stove is really a plus in winter. Thanks to Norbert and Brigitte for their hospitality! We'll be happy to go back!

Sophie and Alain's apartment is in the center of the village. There are restaurants and shops nearby, but the funny thing is that you have the advantage of them but no disadvantage: inside the apartment and in the courtyard you hear nothing at all. We stayed in the month of June with very warm weather, but the apartment was very cool. Sophie and Alain are very friendly and helpful. Nuits San Georges is very conveniently located in relation to Beaune and Dijon: both places are easily accessible by bus, train and private car

We stayed three days in Evelyne's cabin! A little flowery paradise! Everything was perfect and we recommend it without hesitation!

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

Great location right on the lake. Wonderful amenities. Directly across from the Villette VD train stop. The house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The views were amazing. My husband, myself, daughter and son in law had plenty of room. It was great to be able to have a full kitchen too. Incredible trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of five (one infant). It has a separate entrance for guests and dedicated parking space. Kitchen is complete with all the appliances & utensils. Elisabeth was super nice and friendly. She brought our kids to see the animals and they love it. She provided some groceries n chocolate and she even baked bread for us. hopefully we have the opportunity to stay here again.

The stay on the Alm was great! It was just good to step out of the "modern world" for a while. We were surprised how quickly you can get used to the conditions, e.g. to get by without electricity (except for charging your mobile phone). The equipment in the hut made it easy to make this transition to the original life. Everything has been thought of. There was nothing where we said "if we had that here now...". We also found the extensive equipment for cooking outdoors to be great. Our highlight was the pizza stone on the grill. We were completely satisfied with the cottage, it was super clean and tidy, the location is great, you are completely on your own, except for cows and donkeys, which we just had a lot of fun with and the view of the mountains is just fantastic. No matter if rain and thunderstorms, we sat outside and enjoyed the view! Thanks so much for a great week!

Such a beautiful location to stay in, driving distance to lots of towns and wineries. Andrew and Marcelline were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

It was a great time with the family. I find the accommodation very expensive. But nowadays everything is overpriced anyway. Still, a great location! Perfect for relaxation - Werner is a very nice person. He even gave us a whole bucket of eggs - thank you!

Beatrice’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed, it looks exactly like the pictures and the pool is very well maintained, we enjoyed our one week stay to the max. We have a six month old baby with us and the place is perfectly equipped with everything we need, including the baby crib, changing table, baby bath, baby seat and even a baby pool floatie!

We had a great stay at Françoise & Serge's. The studio has a wonderful view of the lake and is super connected by train, tram and boat. In the four days we were able to experience a lot and the tourist card of Neuchâtel makes exploring all the easier! We will definitely recommend the area and the studio.

Simply spectacular space. One of the best accommodations we've had to date. The house is located in a quiet area, with an incredible view. All kitchen items and furniture are new. By the way, the decoration is very tasteful. The hosts are very polite and kind. We will certainly return for a longer period.

We loved this place. It’s set in beautiful surroundings in a quiet and charming alpine village. It’s has everything you could possibly need. Delightful décor and generally very comfortable. There are lovely lakes to visit close by. Jill was incredible. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

Nicolas was very proactive about contacting us prior to our stay to ensure our questions were well answered prior to our stay. When we checked in, he came by to say hello and made sure everything was okay. The home was also very well maintained, spacious and had amazing views of the lake! It is within walkable distance of the train station and parking is also conveniently available in the village. The village is very quaint and everyone was very friendly. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the stay with Nicole and Jean-Marc who were welcoming and friendly. English spoken well. Lovely location on rural farm. Enjoyed walks and experiencing historical Switzerland in this 300+ year old home. Nice breakfast, mostly homemade or locally sourced.

Hanna and Ernst where the perfect hosts. They were there to greet us and there to farewell us. When we arrived, there were little Lindt chocolates and fruit for us to have and Hanna also gave us a sample of her homemade rhubarb cake. The scenery from the windows was breathtaking and they also had an outdoor area for us to use. Anything you need to know about the area, they were able to help. Thank you for having us in your home.

Jean-Luc has created something special with everyone involved! It was just fantastic. You can really forget about time here. From the welcome to the farewell, everything was very warm. Inquiries were always answered very quickly and, above all, an attempt was made to find a solution and implement it just as quickly. The chalet was very clean, well equipped and we lacked nothing. The highlight for the children was of course the lovely ponies and goats. Thank you for the relaxing time and hopefully until next year!
