Holiday rentals with a patio in Douglas County

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Megan is an exceptional host. The place is exactly as described. Perfectly clear instructions for entry and departure. We were very impressed with all the details within the apartment. The bed was super comfy….& I will admit I am a bed snob! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. We loved walking around the area and to the Capital. I will book again in a few weeks when I return to visit my son who lives nearby.

Beautiful place to stay and very comfortable. We loved seeing all of the animals the dogs greeted us when coming and going and was so sweet and the kids loved seeing the horses

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

This property was exactly what we needed.Spacious interior to spread out.Both bathrooms were clean and had a nice touch to them.Everything we needed was there.Victoria was a great host from booking until checkout. I would definitely recommend her and the property.

My wife and I came into town for a music festival and Twin Cedars was perfect for us to stay nearby. The site is beautiful and secluded while being very close to many things to do. The space was spotless and very welcoming. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, as well. Jodi and Brandon communicated clearly and instructions were very easy to understand. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

Beautiful place! Quiet, peaceful setting with room for the kids to roam and play. The tree swing was a big hit. House was nicely decorated, and well stocked for our needs. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Dani’s home. The house is as described in the photos, spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is just beyond the city, peaceful while only a less than 10 minute drive to anything you may need. Dani was a kind and communicative host. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again anytime we’re in Lawrence.

We had a great weekend visit at Wanna’s rental! The house was clean and organized. She was great to communicate with, and she answered all questions we had. Check in was easy! We were in town for a softball tournament so we weren’t there very much but it definitely fit our needs! I would stay there again if we needed to!

It was a great place to stay. Spacious, beautiful, and great location for our needs. The main bathroom was gorgeous! The males thoroughly enjoyed the pinball machines! The basement was super functional and great for our needs. I appreciated the use of the garage! The outside eating was enjoyable. We were appreciative of all the seating options for meals and the amount of supplies in the kitchen.

The Vista was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. We had 4 families and the ability of everyone to have their own space and toilet/sink was ideal. The location was spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other or crowded. (7 of us plus 2 dogs). The small touches were so fun (like the working record player and stack of records!) and the kitchen was stocked to the hilt! There wasn’t a thing we said “oh I wish we had….” Outdoor spaces are gorgeous and I wish I’d had more time to just sit outside and enjoy. The hosts were kind and considerate of our plans, making adjustments to help our party have a relaxing weekend! Whole thing was perfect - wouldn’t change a thing! Will definitely be back if I need another spot in Lawrence area!

Our group of 6 was in town for a wedding and John's place had plenty of space for all of us! Beds were comfortable and John was always quick to respond and make sure we had a great stay. Can definitely recommend staying here!

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

I have experienced two extended stays at Corbin’s Prairie Condo in Topeka. I will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time I am in Topeka. This condo is in a nice complex with quiet neighbors and plenty of very close parking. The surrounding area is in a very safe neighborhood and I felt comfortable coming and going at all times. The condo itself is just as inviting and comfortable as the pictures. The kitchen has all of the things you need to actually cook and clean up. There is empty cabinet space in the kitchen, and lots of drawers and closet space for your own belongings in the bedroom. This feels like a comfortable home in a way that very few other short-term rentals achieve. There is also easy access to a popular multiuse paved trail system about a block from the condo as well as a popular disc golf course in the same area. Corbin himself is very friendly and super responsive. I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying here.
