Holiday rentals with breakfast in Doukkala-Abda

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

We had a fantastic time. It is as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared a delicious breakfast for us and even got me several Aker Fassi so I didn't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely airtight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

Huge place, cozy and very nice location. We chose to walk for most of the stay, amazing restaurants and locations all walking distance. Air conditioning in every room, the decor and the lighting was spot on. The cleaning lady/cook is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Paola's place is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! She kindly arranged an airport taxi, and we were met by Hicham, who guided us to the riad and gave us a full tour. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it's steps from colourful souks, great restaurants, and filled with the sounds of the call to prayer and local music. The home is stunning- flooded with natural light while remaining completely private, with elegant clean lines, beautiful materials, luxurious toiletries, high-quality linens, and a sun-drenched terrace with potted herbs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), with extra linens available. The well-equipped kitchen included fresh oranges, bread, cake, olive oil, butter, jam, and coffee. We loved using the electric juicer for daily fresh orange juice. The internet was fast, and the AC worked perfectly- much needed in the June heat. It was an incredible base to set off from each day- we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay! The riad was beautiful, very clean and super well decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. Thank you again for hosting us. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Simo was always on the ball, finding out where the driver could drop us off on our first day, as we were coming straight from the airport. Yassin was waiting for us where our driver left us and accompanied us to the house. Yassin immediately advised us and accompanied us to a restaurant where we could have a cheap dinner nearby. (In the end, it became our daily trusted site hahah). Simo was very kind advising us on how to act in the city, available excursions, souks... our experience has been incredible in this house, we will definitely return because we have many things left to see. There were 5 of us and they let us have a room for each one. Yassin was always attentive to what we needed, and became one of the group. And the typical Moroccan breakfast but with flexible hours. (8:30-11) even one day we needed to do it at 7:30 for an excursion and they didn't mind. Popo and the breakfast lady, we are also grateful for the treatment.

Our stay in the Medina was very exciting. But what made our experience far beyond perfect was Bahia and Fatima. They accommodated you in everything they can. The Riad is a short walk to the car pick up. Marrakech has our hearts.

The landlady was very nice and had snacks and hot tea ready for the first meeting, the room was very clean and tidy. Flowers were kept on the windows 🌸 very, beautiful.

Our experience was very the apartment was superb and the reception was amazing. positive and we really enjoyed playing the Playstation with stunning views of the private garden and the Atlas Mountains.The apartment met all the essential and secondary needs, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.Reda listened, gave us all the necessary advice and offered us several activities that we booked through it.We were very satisfied , in addition to the rental of the car it was quick and with reasonable expectations. The house is wonderful, super clean, nothing is missing, the pool in the condominium is the best for a little relaxation. He and his wife manage the B&B in an extraordinary way, they respond at any time if you need them and are always super available. The house is very comfortable in a great location near all the attractions and in a very quiet and safe area. There is a Carrefour nearby and an extraordinary good bakery!

I once again had an exceptional stay at Khalil's. The apartment is located in a very high standing residence, ideally located in the heart of Marrakech. Upon entering, you immediately notice the quality of the decoration: every detail has been thought out with taste and refinement, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The apartment is very bright thanks to its beautiful exposure, and offers a relaxing view of the residence's interior patio. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, everything is perfectly maintained, which gives a real feeling of comfort and well-being. The equipment is modern and high-end: complete appliances, comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning... everything is designed to make the stay pleasant and worry-free. It's a place where you feel at home, or even better. This is not my first stay at Khalil's and it will certainly not be the last. It's always a pleasure to come back, I recommend it🤗✅.

Our first time in Marrakech and I’m so glad it was in this beautiful Riad! From the airport pick‑up to help with our departure arrangements, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is ideal — right in the heart of the Medina — making it easy to explore. Abdou’s cooking was absolutely incredible, true comfort food that felt like a home‑cooked meal. After a hot day exploring the markets, it was such a treat to come back and cool off in the pool. No complaints at all — we’d return again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Thank you for this stay and your welcome. An incredible host of kindness and dedication, after crossing the lively alleys a small haven of peace in the heart of the medina, incredible location, shuttle services and breakfast at the top, the cleanliness of the room and common areas, the availability of the staff and their welcome. The only small downside is that the room is right in front of the stairs that go up to the terrace so a little noisy when passing, and exceptionally, works were planned right during our stay... so a little noise however it is for the improvement of the comfort of the guests so it remains exceptional. Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

Lovely stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, made us feel very safe there! Thank you for your hospitality! The breakfast served every morning on the roof is delicious, particularly the omelette with cheese! The hot tub was a lovely temperature and the rooftop was a lovely place to come back and relax at. The Riad is a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the souks/medina.

WOW! If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable Riad this is the best! The host was the kindest man I’ve ever met and helped make sure we made it to our driver safely and even gave us a thorough explanation of the Medina and a map of the area. Our room was large and clean and the location was close to everything. HIGHLY recommend! 😀

My stay with Yassine was great. I stayed in expensive Riads before but now I wonder why. This stay was excellent and Yassine was very kind and helpful. A big 10!
