Excellent location and really nice accommodation

We loved our stay in Porto! Vanessa met us at the front door of the building and showed us everything we needed to know about the place. She then sent us a long list of suggested places to eat and other things to do while we were there. The location was great — just a 5-minute walk to Rua de Santa Catarina and two metro stations. Just 20 minutes walking to the Ribeira neighborhood and across the river. Then when we came back at night, it was a quiet neighborhood making it easy to rest up for the next day. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Patricia and Rui’s place! Was in a great location close to everything and the apartment was beautiful and clean! They provided us with heaps of recommendations and we were able to check in early, which was great after a long travel day. We were also were able to leave our bags after we checked out which was also super helpful so we could explore the city! This was our first stop on our euro summer trip and it started off with an absolute bang! 😍 couldn’t recommend enough.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in June. The hosts -especially Pedro - were incredibly responsive and met us right on time for check-in. The property is in a fantastic location, close to many key attractions and amenities, yet it remains remarkably quiet and private despite being near high-traffic areas. The listing accurately reflects the unit’s look and spaciousness, and everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

If you would like to stay in the city center of old town, Porto, this is the perfect spot for a single person or a couple. You have three restaurants, literally below you on the street within a few seconds walking. You are close to shopping and the hop on hop off bus stop. The apartment is clean, compact, comfortable, and has most everything you need for your stay. We appreciated the laundry as well as the coffee and tea that was left for us. Anytime I had a question, it was answered within a few minutes. We had a fabulous day and I highly recommend this apartment

Wonderful apartment with amazing views. Very large and ideal location, close to everything. 2-minute walk to Luis Bridge and Sao Bento train station. Porto is very easy to discover on foot from this place. Returning to Porto, this is the apartment I would like again.

Very nice accommodation for a few days as a couple. A little far from the city center but reachable on foot so very convenient and quiet.

We had a great stay at Javier’s place. The washing machine was a big help for travellers like us. The grocery beside his place was a big plus.

The accommodation is located in a good spot within the city of Madrid, close to bus stops and the subway. I felt at home, it's clean, comfortable and very well furnished. I would choose it again if I go back to Madrid!

David offers impeccable and well-equipped accommodation that met our expectations for one night. Basic necessities available. The neighborhood is not of major interest but has parking spaces nearby and various shops.

We would gladly stay here again. The apartment’s high ceilings give it a spacious feel. The lighting isn’t perfect, but it’s more than adequate. Although it's located at a busy intersection near the Atocha train station, you'd never know it—it's remarkably quiet at night. It's also an easy walk to both the Prado and Retiro Park. The kitchen has a full oven—something many Airbnbs lack, often offering only a microwave combo. It also has a separate washer and dryer, not a combo unit, which we appreciated. The host was incredibly helpful—he once used the apartment as an art studio and was always available with great advice on trains, restaurants, and more. If you’re looking for a place that’s a bit off the main tourist path but still within walking distance of the Prado and Retiro, with easy access to public transportation, this is a great choice.

Great location that is walkable to the city center and close to the Metro. The apartment has lots of natural light along with blackout window coverings for a great night of sleep. Ál is a fantastic host and provides many additional amenities to make you feel right at home. Thanks Ál for making our stay in Madrid comfortable and fun!

Carolina was incredibly responsive and I so appreciate that. We never felt unsupported, not even for a moment. Space was lovely and in an excellent part of town. The sofa bed works very well but I’d just be mindful of you are travelling with someone who may have back issues. Would come return here!

I had a great time staying at Balbina’s sweet digs. The loft is beautiful and private but still walkable to restaurants, supermarkets and many local attractions. It felt quiet and safe at night Balbina is also super responsive and always helpful with your questions and needs. I’d definitely come back next time

It is a very comfortable and clean accommodation every space and likewise the towels sheets, it is a very quiet place and its location is very appropriate due to the proximity to the restaurants, warehouses and different places, the host's attention is of quality and communication was very appropriate. i would recommend the stay to all my acquaintances.
