Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Douville

Philippe and his team (I forgot her name) went out of their way to help us get in the accommodations on very short notice. She was there to let us in and explained everything we needed to know as she showed us around the house. They thoughtfully left a fruit basket, bottle of Rum, coffee, tea, etc for us. Great experience!

Great place, easy to get to and close to most things to do! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is the fact that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/pier! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

We highly recommend Dominique's accommodation. Ideally located to walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. The house is clean with all the necessary equipment. Dominique is a very pleasant and responsive host. We will come back without hesitation.

We had an unforgettable stay at Clémentine's house, a real little slice of paradise nestled in the heart of Guadeloupe. The terrace with a pool and the view of the tropical vegetation are simply magical, it's a haven of peace. The decoration, both typical of the islands and modern, gives the house a warm and exotic atmosphere. The location is perfect, only a few minutes drive from Sainte-Anne and the village, making it easy to enjoy the local beaches and markets! Clémentine was adorable, always available and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for a couple's vacation and to show my spouse the island of my childhood. Clean and quiet accommodation. Halfway between Saint Anne and Saint Francis, so perfect for restaurants, visits and beaches. Responsive owners. I recommend

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

We spent 12 great nights in this accommodation! Everything was great when we arrived: clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. The location is great, easy to access and perfect for discovering the region while being quiet. The surroundings are super nice, with plenty of things to do nearby: walks, restaurants, visits, nature... impossible to get bored. It was really nice to be able to vary the activities every day. And a big thank you to our host, always available, super nice and super responsive. We felt welcome from start to finish. We recommend it!

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence to visit Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we experienced several consecutive days of total water outages (a recurring issue in Saint Francis, especially during heavy rains). The accommodation had a non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets, so we had to supply ourselves with drinking water, but the owner was willing to take care of it. This situation tarnished the stay, but not because of the owner, of course, but because of the local water distribution management structure. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

Accommodation simply perfect for 2 people. Very clean and beautiful decor. I absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday and well located to visit the island (with a car of course). Everything is very well organized for a hassle-free stay! We will undoubtedly return 🌴☀️

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well located, idyllic setting, very well equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her home (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We would also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
