Excellent place close to the Strip. The views were AMAZING! They were very attentive and communicative. The amenities and pool courtesy were very nice to have as well. It takes a while to receive your security deposit - still waiting on mine.

This home was absolutely lovely—very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent most of our time exploring Nevada, and the location was perfect—close enough to the Strip for convenience but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of nightlife. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I return!

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful and comfortable stay! Had a fully stocked kitchen and the basic necessities. Only about 15/20 minutes from the strip, so it's very close by. I would recommend this Condo!

Great place close to everything

Val’s place was as described, it’s a very intimate space. Perfect for two medium size people. There is a dog that likes to talk in his native tongue that may interrupt your rest though. The kitchen was fun to cook in. The bathroom was pretty and clean. Now as for hot water and shower pressure, you better get in and out quickly before things change. Everything else is good. We enjoyed our stay and was able to move around town fairly well. Thanks again for your warm, picture perfect, cozy space!

I had a wonderful stay during my visit to Las Vegas along with my colleague. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Yandis was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Great location and overall a great experience—highly recommended!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Great stay!

Spent almost a month and a half and wanted to extend it. But, it was booked for the next 2 months when I looked again. There’s a reason for that. It was a peaceful stay. Inside looks better than the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the place was cozy. Response on any of my questions were super fast and quick action of any of my concerns. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting or looking for a long term stay in Las Vegas.

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

A very fast responder to any issues you’ll have or questions you have. Very detailed description of airbnb, easy to get into the place with the easy to follow instructions. Very respectful and checked in on us and made sure everything was okay. The place was nice and it felt welcoming.
