Julia’s place is - I believe - rightly named: for it feels like walking into a home away from home. We live this little place and will for sure return since we frequent Montreal often enough when we visit family. This home is great for a larger family like our family of 7; if you’re in need of space where hotel rooms - albeit comfortable - are usually compact and more expensive. This place is a quaint little hidden gem.

Excellent place to stay with your family, very reachable host and very a accommodating as well. Home is really nice and more spacious then it looks in pictures. Great find this one..

A special charm including comfort, quiet, and an artful beauty filled Maryline's Montreal Airbnb gem. We enjoyed the many atmospheric dimmable lights including on the pergola of the beautiful back patio, with lovely trees visible. The sunny solarium was perfect for relaxing, and everything we needed was at hand throughout the spacious house, which was an ideal base for exploring Montreal, with groceries, coffee and bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Sitting on the back deck was lovely -- the beautiful red maple out front was memorable, and we'd definitely return to this lovely and restful place.

Maison très jolie, intérieur comme extérieur, le tout a proximité de tout commerce. Jean Philippe a été très accueillant et nous a fait découvrir un évènement annuel a Longueuil avec beaucoup de simplicité. Nous recommandons vivement

Stayed here with a group of friends. Everything was great. We had 2 cars and it was plenty of space. I'm not sure how close it was to transit. Took 20min to get into Montreal. One of us thought the bed was not comfy, but the rest are fine. Very spacious shared areas (living room, kitchen, etc).

Had a wonderful stay at Luna’s place! The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Luna was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy. Would definitely stay again for sure

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing, steps away from the Lachine Canal and close to Atwater Market. The unit is well-equipped, clean and comfortable, and it is in a quiet area at night while being close to Montreal night life if that’s your interest. Joe was a very responsive host. Highly recommended!

L'emplacement est parfait!! le logement est propre et bien climatisé, quelle chance car nous étions en pleine canicule! La seule chose manquante a mon goût était une table pour manger et travailler, mais la petite table du salon dépanne bien. Appart juste derrière le meilleur resto de dumplings de Montréal.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and secure. The pincode entry, Eufy camera, and sturdy lock gave immediate peace of mind. Inside, the space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped — from the BBQ spices in the kitchen to the salon-quality hair dryer in the bathroom. The gas grill worked perfectly: just turn on the gas, set the level, and press ignite — no frustrating clicking. Even in our one-night stay, the pool made a lasting impression. At roughly 8m by 4m, it had real presence. The water was crystal clear and beautifully balanced — fresh, clean, and free of chemical overload. At night, tasteful lighting transformed it into a calm, elegant space. Though we didn’t use the laundry, the two large Samsung washer-dryers were a welcome sign of how well set up the home is. Every element felt like it had been considered with care. We left feeling safe, relaxed, and genuinely impressed. Highly recommended.

Muy limpio y repito Sam ha estado en contacto permanente de un modo sincero y amable. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Montreal nos hospedaremos aquí. Entre los mejores Airbnb en que he estado (llevo 17).

Great hosts! Ellen and Mike were rapidly responsive and accommodated all our requests. The unit is as described and pictured. It is in the core Centre of downtown and is walkable distance from the main attractions in downtown Montreal. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location to stay. We had everything we needed here. The location was great for us as it was only a short walk to the main downtown area streets. The parking was super easy to access and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Ellen and Mike were wonderful hosts. Super responsive and very friendly. The condo is beautiful with lots of windows and high end furnishings / appliances. The underground parking is a huge bonus in a city with no parking. Definitely would stay here again.

Nancy's place felt a lot like home. The location cool and the place is definitely better in person (though in photos it already looks amazing). It also felt mostly central since most of the "sights" are in touristy areas, this place was tucked away perfectly in peaceful neighborhood. A fan of the bedding and linen and towels too--in case anyone cares about that...And she also had a binder of recs that were helpful for us too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Montreal.

Thank you Cristina for being such a friendly and responsive host. The apartment was fantastic and it matched the pictures perfectly. What I really liked about my stay here was the comfortable bed, the shower and the overall size and layout of the apartment. I felt right at home as soon as I opened the door. The location is also ideal for exploring the very beautiful port area as well as the charming streets of old Montreal. The closest metro station is just a few blocks away too. I stayed with my small dog and he appreciated how the apartment was very private and quiet. I would highly recommend Cristina as a host and this cozy apartment. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for making my stay so comfortable and peaceful.

Conveniently located. What stands out is how responsive Jose is, ready to help and take accountability for unexpected things that arise. He was easy to reach, responded quickly, and did what he could to fix any issues. He was kind and pleasant to interact with.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s. Felt like home away from home (maybe even better). It had all the right amenities and exactly as shown in the pictures. Standout’s - Mike’s responsive and friendly communication to any of our concerns, location (several coffee shops you could quickly pop into in addition to it also feeling very safe!), and cleanliness of the unit (immaculate)! Looking forward to coming back (stay was too short!) just so we could book again! Merci Mike and team!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique loft situé boulevard Saint-Laurent à Montréal. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la ville, aussi belle de jour que de nuit. Le logement est très propre et parfaitement équipé : tout est prévu pour cuisiner, faire des lessives, et s’y sentir comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal, le boulevard regorge d’excellents restaurants, variés et accessibles à pied. C’est vraiment l’endroit parfait pour découvrir la cuisine montréalaise. De plus, nous avons eu la chance de séjourner à Montréal au mois de juin où se déroulait le festival urbain dans le boulevard Saint Laurent même. La communication avec Kozy stays a été fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Montréal !

Camille was a great host. Check-in was easy, she was friendly and responsive, and she gave some great recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and some tips for getting around during the strikes. The place was cozy and quiet, the balconies were relaxing, and the kitchen had essentials. There were some good restaurants and metro stations within walking distance.

I stayed here for a week. It perfectly met my needs. It’s small but comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small, and has a very small sink, but is perfectly functional. There’s a family living upstairs and there is some normal family noise but if you aren’t noise-sensitive, it is totally fine. The area is very walkable and transit friendly and seemed very safe. I had a great time. I would stay here again.
