This place felt safe, very cute, loved the vibe. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and the sofa bed was so nice! I almost reached out to ask where they got it. We really liked that it was codes for entry, it made everything easy and smooth for check in. There are so many restaurants and bars nearby (five to ten minute walk). It was a perfect stay!

Great place to stay in Downtown Phoenix ! Looks just like the photos, safe, clean and near tons of places to eat and drink. Kahvi coffee shop is wonderful for breakfast as well as breakfast bxtch. Ikes love and sandwiches is really tasty too all within a short walk from the airbnb. Roosevelt Street is very Walkable to shops and gorgeous mural alley and just a short uber/lyft ride to other attractions. Host is helpful and responsive, easy t checkin. The unit is clean and cozy. AC works great. The pool is perfecttt after a hot day of exploring. Based off other reviews it is very true that the person living upstairs walks very hard! But its like any apartment, neighbors will be neighbors. If you’re considering booking it, book it !

Hopes place was just as advertised. A beautiful minimalist space with great views and very quiet. It is a corner unit so you get those floor to ceiling windows around the great balcony. You’re able to see planes take off/land and it comes with 0 noise. The place was clean, instructions were easy to follow, and overall the time was great. There is a good bit to do in the immediate area and getting to most places was fairly easy. Great stay and would come again for sure.

Very nice and comfortable place with easy walking to downtown spots and many great nearby restaurants. Very clean. Solid choice for a stay in downtown Phoenix.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. Satisfied with how quickly he responded and how easy it was to check in and out. Loved how peaceful and beautiful the place was. Very clean home only bad thing was the floor was dirty, had to mop eventually there was cleaning supplies to do it. Everything else was perfect loved our stay I would say I was satisfied and would stay again. Thank you Sinthushan

Located within minutes to major downtown venues, easily accessible, spacious apartment in a quiet building. Make sure to rent a car in AZ because walking in the hot sun or at night isn't a great idea. Pool was right outside the unit. Comfy bed and cool temperatures for sleep.

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I really loved this condo. POOLS Both pools are so close. Jacuzzi water was HOT how I like it. CONDO Clean, comfortable, room for luggage, every amenity you can think of in case you forgot something. We even had to email Callista when we left. We forgot to check the name and type of mattress that was because we are buying it soon! ACCESS Easy access to the 101, Talking Stick Casino, Walmart, shops, restaurants, and my favorite Sweetwaters Tea. The condo is just in a prime location. Sad to leave.

Area is great and surrounded by lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and the view of the mountains was a touch. They were very responsive and had a very detailed instructions of how to get in to the apartment. Amazing place wish i stayed longer. Thank you Tiko and Co for an amazing experience in Phoenix !

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! Easy to get into and a very beautiful place. The apartment complex is one of the best I've stayed at.

The room was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our wedding weekend. Definitely would recommend for anyone staying in Old Town Scottsdale. It is the perfect distance away from the busy roads, but close enough to access everything around.

The actual stay was AMAZING. The host was super communicative. Her response time was amazing. She was flexible with our check out as well. The only thing that was incredibly hard with our stay was the neighbors. The noise was out of control and was nonstop 10pm-4am. I had to Call authorities to do a noise complaint every night. We even had a sound machine. Other than that I would recommend this place.

This was truly an excellent location! Located a very short distance from the Scottsdale nightlife, restaurants, grocery stores, and large shopping mall. Very quiet at night as well! Would absolutely stay here again. Excellent property!
