Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. The flat is spacious and bright, with contemporary decor. The Master Bedroom is huge, with a double bed, and accent chair. The second bedroom a good size, with a double bed. The extra large lounge has 3 Sofa's, one of which is a small double sofa bed! The kitchen is fully fitted with standard sized appliances. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms which helps avoid queues for the loo! Our Carpets have just been replaced and are brand new! Please remove shoes.
