It boasts two bedrooms, each with spacious ensuite. Sleeping anywhere from 4 up to 8 guests it is ideally situated in a beautiful & peaceful rural setting on Banchory Farm, just 40 minutes from Edinburgh. There is a large contained garden. It has spectacular views over the fields to the ocean so you can truly relax. However, for those who love to explore, it’s ideally located close to some of Scotland’s most iconic towns like St Andrews, Elie or Gleneagles, all just 40 minutes away.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers. Get the board games out and relax with family and friends. Enjoy the sound of the fire at night.

Built in the 1700s the Gardener's House is set into the old Walled Garden in the stunning grounds of Arniston House, a William Adam Stately Home. A secluded, picturesque two storey house with wood burning stove for winter or glass patio doors that open onto the walled garden for summer. An 11 mile trip to Edinburgh’s first class art galleries and museums, the capital’s eclectic mix of restaurants and bars plus its boutique shopping experience all adds up to a great day out.

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.
