Mitsul House – Soviet Village Stay in Transnistria

Built 105 years ago by my ancestors in traditional Moldovan style, this authentic village guesthouse keeps its original Soviet interior from the 1950s–60s. The film “Rodnoy Dom” (1973) was shot here. Guests enjoy Wi-Fi, while the shower (the water is heated by the sun) and toilet are outside - just like in real village homes. The bus stop is 1 minute away, and shops are in the village center (open until 20:00). Nearby is one of Transnistria’s most scenic viewpoints over the Dniester valley.

Do you want to recharge your batteries? Happy to host you at my peaceful place, in the middle of the nature, nearby the river Dnister. There are two rooms with double bed available for renting. Maximum capacity per room : 2 people. Private shower and toilet. Big garden with barbecue available. Massage and aromatherapy can be provided. Morning sport exercises for seniors to energise can be organised. Breakfast / lunch / dinner cooked with local bio products can be prepared for you.

Spacious traditional house perfectly located between the airport and the city centre. It features 4 comfortable bedrooms (each with a king bed, maximum 2 guests per room), a large living room, 2 bathrooms (one ideal for children) + 1 separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and free on-site parking. Price: €50 per room (for 2 guests). Airport transfer: €20 one way. 🚗 My car is available for rent on request (€20 per day) – please message in advance.
