Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dublin Bay

We ended our two-week trip around Ireland at Denise’s place, and it was the perfect spot to wrap things up. There was plenty of space for our group of six, and the house had everything we needed. Denise had snacks waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch—and she also had tons of great suggestions for things to do in Dublin. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Susan and Nigel were perfect hosts and were willing to accommodate an early check-in before we added the extra night. Linden House is beautifully decorated, in an ideal location on Slane Main Street and was well stocked with fresh bread, fruit, eggs, milk etc. Powerful shower, comfortable beds and lovely outside seating area. Can’t recommend it enough, it was perfect for our family wedding in Slane.Thanks, Susan and Nigel!

Great place, has everything you need. The hosts were really responsive and helpful and made sure we had plenty of stuff for our baby whilst we were there i.e travel cot and high chair. We would definitely consider coming back!

This is a hidden gem, just enough off the beaten path to feel a little secluded and a very safe place to park a car. It’s comfortable and just like the pictures. David left us some breakfast foods which was especially nice the first morning after arrival. It’s an easy walk to St Stephen’s Green and great local pubs with fantastic food and really not hard to walk pretty much all of Dublin from there. It was the perfect home base for my family’s visit to Dublin.

Walked through the door and we were greeted by a lovely hand written card and home made scones with all the extras jam cream ect. it was a really lovely touch. The house it's self was spotless. The beds where so comfy that we didn't want to get up in the morning. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Siobhan was a lovely host and very responsive. The train running beside the house didnt bother us at all. I will stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Carol and Christie‘s hospitality. They were wonderful hosts, and obviously took great care of their beautiful home and gardens. Our family spent as much time as the rain would allow in the back garden and had great fun. Our second day, our 2-year-old grandson needed medical attention, and Carol sent her friend Fran to help us through the medical system. She was wonderful! We would highly recommend Toad Hall to anyone, especially family groups. Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids were very happy here.

Grainne was very communicative before our trip and left a really useful book of information. The apartment was very spacious for 1 week's stay for 2 people. The WiFi connection was perfect and there was space for working remotely. The bedroom was standard enough - bed could have used a headboard but was comfortable enough. No heating in the bathroom. Living area was huge and very comfortable and warm. Nice balcony for when the weather was good! The apartment was very well equipped with the basics for cooking and with towels/sheets and toiletries for the week. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect! Very close to the town centre, Dart station and the seafront.

I think this was the most fully set up airbnb I've ever rented. Marian had left bits for a fry, scones, snacks and even dog treats for our pup. There was milk/butter as well as everything needed to cook for yourself, things like oil, salt/pepper, ketchup etc. Perfectly sized tiny home, plenty of room downstairs in kitchen/livibg area. Cosy bedroom and ensuite upstairs. Clean, nicely decorated and slap bang in the middle of the town.

Location, location, location. We stayed at Helen's apartment for 4 nights in June 2025. First off, Helen was very communicative and extremely friendly in her messages before we arrived. She met us at the meeting place and gave us an informative overview of the area and tour of the property. We were 4 adults and the property was very comfortable. The bedrooms / beds were comfortable as well. A nice central room with dining table and couches - and a kitchen with dishwasher / washer / dryer and microwave. We appreciated the Nespresso machine. Although we didn't cook ourselves (with all the take-away options and pubs nearby), the kitchen was well stocked with condiments, etc.,. The bathrooms were clean and functional. However what is really impressive about the property is the location. Right across from Christchurch with airport and local bus connections. Walkable to all the sights like Temple, Trinity, Liffey, the Liberties, Guiness / Roe & Co. And views from the bedrooms!

The Coach House was a great place to stay. It was exactly as described. Sally was responsive and took care of everything we needed! The grounds are lovely and the cottage is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Sally. She is a pleasant hostess and takes great care of the cottage and her guests.

Séjour agréable chez Sinead. Logement bien situé pour aller au parc nationale de Wicklow. Petit déjeuner à disposition très bien. Je recommande !

In the 11 years we have been Airbnb members, we’ve never had a more helpful, attentive and friendly host as Niall. A safe location within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and city sights. Kitchen had all we needed for our two nights in Dublin and the comfy bed was very welcoming to get over our jet lag from Florida. We highly recommend his apartment. Also very quiet at night. All you hear occasionally is a seagull’s mewing. Very relaxing.

Apartament bonic i net, ideal per a tres persones, no més. Ben comunicat amb bus, a 30’ del centre de Dublin. Fiona ha estat molt i molt amable, responent els nostres dubtes en tot moment.

Pat was great, provided great instructions, and great recommendations. This is an amazing location with plenty to do and a quick walkable route to temple bar. I would recommend this stay to others.

A lovely room, thoughtfully furnished and equipped, in Tony and Cathy's beautiful and comfortable home. It's an easy walk from the Dart station and stunninglly lovely Killiney beach. They were such kind and welcoming hosts - I really felt like I was staying with friends. Tony was very flexible about arrival and checkout times, came out in the rain to collect me from the station, and dropped me off there a couple of times. He welcomed me with tea and an invitation to watch the telly with him, and regaled me with delightful stories and excellent suggestions (walks, museums, places to eat) over delicious breakfasts. Cathy even lent me one of her raincoats because mine was not really equal to the weather. I would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at Catherine's. The b&b was close to the wedding we attended and Catherine provided information on local taxis. Very nice breakfast. We had a great stay. Thanks Catherine.

Teresa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Immer um das Wohl des Gastes besorgt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man sich wünscht und die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch Dublins.

The rooms and grounds were stunning. Alexander was very accommodating and friendly, my parents and I felt right at home. The tour of the residence and garden were fantastic and hearing about the family history before staying in this lovely home was fascinating. Our stay Huntington Castle was the best of our Ireland trip hands down.

Wir haben drei Nächte bei Bernie und Vincent verbracht und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und herzlich empfangen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, unter Anderem dank der selbstgebackenen Scones und des selbstgemachten Müslis. Bernie und Vincent waren sehr herzlich und konnten uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung für Unternehmungen, als auch für Restaurants geben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I came for just one night, wet and slightly muddy from a tour up in the mountains. And what did I find? A beautiful house, clean, picturesque, homely, a nice hot shower and a very friendly and forthcoming Ann, who gave me time to settle down, but was always there for a talk, offering tea and advice about what to see next day. Breakfast next morning was marvellously delicious, with fruit (i.e. strawberries!), muesli, yoghurt, homemade breads, spreads, and also porridge and sausages, if one liked. There really was nothing to be wished for, except a longer stay...

Of all the places I have stayed at through airbnb my, this is the best! The room was immaculate, the area was super interesting, everything you want is walkable and most importantly, Gareth is an amazing host. He made me feel welcome and gave such great tips about how to experience Dublin. Truly, a great place to stay.

We had primarily chosen this location because of the proximity to the Glendalough Estate as we were going to a music festival there on the Sunday. We really felt that we had found a gem as the cottage was so much more beautiful in reality with so many interesting objects and the most stunning garden. Tranquility itself. Hildi could not have been a better host; she was communicative, generous of spirit and ready to help whatever the request (the wellie boots we borrowed were particularly appreciated). So many thoughtful additions like the delicious homemade muesli and fruit bowl and most importantly a very comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Hildi had given us many superb recommendations in terms of eating out and places to visit, many of which we managed to follow up on. I was lucky enough to join in one of her yoga sessions and had the best night’s sleep in a long time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to go back. Thank you Hildi for your wonderful hospitality.
