Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Dublin Airport (11min) by car. 3 non stop buses in 8min walking distance and to the city centre by bus in ~36 min with walking time including . In 1min to around the Poppintree there are many free parking places.. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, unlimited hot water shower, Wi-Fi/Ethernet, bedsheets and towels. Shopping in 5min or Lidl in12min. Accessible through the host's house.

We are only 5 k from the city centre and the bus stop is 200 meters at the end of the road. The Studio This is a recently renovated studio apartment with a nice bed. The studio has an ensuite and full kitchen. There are electric radiators throughout, TV and high-speed Internet is available. You will have access to a private entrance. On-street parking is free. Just to note we have 1 small dog. She is very friendly but will be kept out of way.
