Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

Walk right or left (5 mins) and you will be on a promenade, each with a different view. Further 5 mins and you will be on Burrow beach, Sutton, Dublin 13 or taking in the view over Dublin Bay at the Marine Hotel. We moved here to get the best of both - coastal living with near/quick/late night public transport to the City and Airport - 20 mins, Howth marina/wkend market/hill/cafes/restaurants & pubs.
