Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

We stayed here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, our first holiday without the children! We could not have picked a better place ☺️ The apartment was spotless with the most incredible view across the sea from the leafy veranda and hot tub, so romantic ❤️ And loads of little touches in both the kitchen and bathroom, plus a comfy bed and effective air con 😅 Gina was so responsive and helpful with all my questions before we even arrived and gave loads of recommendations & met us there. The location is great, about a 40 minute walk or an easy direct bus trip to the old town from right by the apartment, we walked it most days cause we’re quite active. We were so happy we stayed outside the old town cause it was very busy with tourists and expensive, and by the port where we were was much quieter and a beautiful view. I was so happy we picked this place as it really was what made our stay in Dubrovnik perfect, I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!x

This place was awesome especially if you are a big group! She let us check in early which was so kind and gave us plenty of keys! The place looks exactly like the picture and the outdoor courtyard was our favorite place in the house. Sandra was super helpful especially for members that arrived later. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do.

Neven was an incredible host, who met us at the property and gave us a tour. We even had some snacks waiting for us (very much needed after our flight!) Prior to the visit Neven had sent an array of information detailing restaurant recommendations and places to visit, this was very useful when planning our stay. Among the cleanliness of the property and location one the highlights was the amazing sculptures at the property and the stories behind them. We came to celebrate my Husband's 40th and would absolutely come back. Neven is a credit to AirBnB hosting and we truly wish him all the best 😊.

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Cavtat und Dubrovnik, beides super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch Mlini und Srebreno sind mindestens einen Besuch wert und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist perfekt - ruhig und gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da das Apartment neuer und modernen eingerichtet ist, als auf den Bildern. Alles, was man braucht ist da, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, der Pool super sauber und quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagieren sehr schnell. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch mitten in den Nacht wieder hingefahren - vielen Dank! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Mario’s property. The location was excellent especially if you are looking for a boat pickup for any activity. The place is very well kept and maintained. The highlight was the Jacuzzi by the river, which was one of a kind experience. Mario and his wife were excellent host and communication was spot on. We loved the property and would love to come back.

Accueillis très amicalement par les propriétaires, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement était impeccable et fonctionnel. Un grand balcon avec vue sur le port et la mer était particulièrement appréciable, de même que la piscine. L'endroit est très tranquille à 5 minutes a pied des restaurants, petits commerce, du port d'où partent les bateaux pour les excursions. De petites plages sont à proximité. Il est également possible de louer des chaises longues et parasol sur la très belle plage d'un hôtel voisin. Des agritourismes fantastiques sont également à proximité et Dubrovnik à 40 minutes de voiture. Les contacts avec nos hôtes ont été réguliers et amicaux. Ce fur un réel plaisir de faire leur connaissance et de séjourner ici. Nous ne pouvons que recommander très fortement cet endroit.

Without a doubt Miranda and Anton are the best Airbnb hosts we have ever met. They are welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and restuarants to eat at that we would never have thought of. The Villa is traditionally Croatian and has many interesting features. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in the kitchen. It is older but that adds to the charm. A car is essential as there are no areas to go walking but the sea at the front door more than makes up for it. Steps down to the rocky shoreline enables you to snorkel swim, kayak, paddleboard or just relax on a lounger. We had an amazing holiday thanks to our wonderful hosts. There is something about this Villa that draws you back....I hope we can return some day.

Stunning and peaceful place and area, very friendly and informative host But, if booking go direct to the establishment as the person offering on this site is an agency, and going direct will give you a better deal.

Mario’s place was great, parking spot, walking distance to the old town, clean and well equipped apartment. But what I really want to mention is above everything the hosts were kind and helpful. We had a small accident on our way there and there was a chance we won’t even make it for the first night. The hosts told us they would cancel our first night free of charge if needed which was a really nice gesture. In the end we made it but really late and it was no problem at all. I would stay here again without doubt!

Great Airbnb and location by the beautiful coastline. The apartment itself is minimal but it’s a great value.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Nada und konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und war für uns, ein Paar mit Baby, auch genug gross. Es war sauber und die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert.

La maison est très fonctionnelle. La vue sur les montagnes est absolument superbe et le coin est très reposant. Nous avons bien profiter de la piscine. La maison étant située dans les montagnes, elle est un peu loin de tout. Nikša est un hôte très accueillant et de bon conseil.

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. A beautiful place to spend a few nights in Dubrovnik. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to the old town, we preferred the quiet location here and beautiful views from the terrace. There isn’t much in way of eateries nearby except a pizza place that is ok ish. The second night we stayed we picked up food from the old town and bought it back to the apartment- the chilled vibe here was just what we needed after a busy few days sightseeing in other parts of the Balkans. The host was kind enough to drive me to the local shop to pick up fruit and drinks etc. Ana treated us to a yummy homemade cake which was such a lovely surprise. We only wish we had longer there!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

Sandra, Mato and co were incredibly helpful from the outset, texting and asking if we needed any help or assistance and even offered to organise airport transfers for us. They were there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the facilities. They even took time to talk us through the local area, restaurant recommendations and food tourist spots. The apartment was everything we needed and was ideally located so we were always close to anywhere we needed to go. I couldn’t recommend this more, we were incredibly happy with our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)
