Waterfront holiday rentals in Dubrovačko Primorje

We arrived early but were well welcomed. We went food shopping and walked around Stone to return to an available, clean and ready place for us. The place was spotless and comfortable. Everything worked well (shower presseure, AC...) except the frizer wasn't very cold. The place is spacious and we enjoyed the outside seating area. There is a small pebble bay where we could swim. I wouldn't call it a beach but it was very close (walk 1 min.) and the water was refreshing and clean. Perfect at the end of a hot day. Only three restaurants near by but there is another small town (3-5 min drive with paid parking) that has a Tommy store and many touristic restaurants. We had a nice stay and reccomend it to someone that wants a place away from the crowd.

My friend and I stayed 6 nights at Renato's place. We were very nicely received with homemade schnapps and snacks. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment remains cool even at higher outside temperatures, but air conditioning is also available. The view from the apartment is a dream - whether from the bedroom, the terraces or the living room. We spent many hours there and enjoyed the peace. In addition to the relaxing terraces, there was also a private sea access, which has two loungers ready. Renato was available the whole time. On arrival and departure, we had nice conversations with valuable tips about the area (many sights within half an hour). On departure, Renato brought us a snack bag for the onward journey. Very warm. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

We were two families with a 17 year old and a 4 year old. The place was peaceful, serene and the outdoor area was fantastic. The family lives upstairs and you have the whole ground floor to yourself. The bed was a bit hard (preference topic). The home was very clean & towels smelled wonderful. Pool was perfect size. We can highly recommend eating at Daria‘s family restaurant. That was an absolute highlight. Thank you for the peaceful & calming stay. We all very much appreciated the beauty, well designed space & hospitality. The largest supermarket is about 35+ mins away and a car is needed. However, the local Ston town has some nice restaurant options, smaller supermarkets, and a lovely wall to walk early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful location next to nice beach, sea amazing for swimming. House is great, 4 bedroom and two bathrooms on first floor, clean and comfortable, with AC in corridor, fans on bedrooms. Separate TV room.. Separate kitchen in adjoining building to side, good facilities including a fire/bbq. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly throughout. Close to ston which had several bars restaurants and shops. Thank you !!

We have spent a very nice time at Ana's apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place by the see (first line) it is the place for you. It is a very nice place to chill on the sun bed reading a book or just lie and look at the beautiful see view. If you like to visit one day during your stay more crowaded spots you can always go to Dubrovnik which is very close. It is a very good starting point to explore not only Dubrovnik but also Pelješac peninsula which is georgious. Ana and her daughter are very nice and friendly hosts. I recommend this place without any doubts. I hope to visit you one more time. Thank you for delicious vegetables from your garden:]

How to start... The Host: Drago was the perfect Host from the first contact to the last goodbye... He was simultaneously there and not there, he was always reachable when we had questions, yet we always had the place to ourselves. The Apartment: We had everything we asked for and more. The Rooms were clean, the towels and bedsheets were changed frequently, and the view was amazing. And there was the Dog of the Owner that came to visit us at least once a day (Drago asked us on arrival if we liked Dogs, or if we are afraid of them... but we are big dog lovers, so we told him to he could roam the area) The Location: The Apartment is Located ~5 Km Outside of Slano, directly at the Road, to get there you must drive down a steep ramp. That ramp might look scary at first, but it's quite easy to drive once you try it. We really enjoyed our time at Drago's places and regretted it when it was time to leave.

The house is located directly on the sea and is a wonderful place to relax and sunbathe, the clear water invites you to swim and snorkel. For a small extra charge of ten euros per day you can rent a dinghy for two people. The terrace gives a great view of the sea and the opposite island. The road on the mountain above the house is well traveled but not disturbing. The house itself is very well equipped, the living areas are air conditioned. The location is excellent, in 30 minutes you can be in Dubrovnik. The neighboring village Slano is only five minutes away by car, there is a bakery, supermarket, small restaurants and water sports. Ane and her family are very good hosts, very friendly and always available by phone or in person. All in all, a great location that we are very happy to recommend!!!

A perfect family retreat! We spent two amazing weeks at this peaceful, beautifully located villa. The surroundings are stunning — crystal-clear water, a lovely private pier, and total quiet. The house is fully equipped, with a great kitchen and several spots to eat indoors or outdoors. We loved the sun loungers and the well-kept garden. Special thanks to Nina, our incredible host — super friendly, helpful, and full of great local tips. The little turtle garden was a fun highlight, even for adults! Wildlife is everywhere — birds, hedgehogs, even tiny mice. Bikes provided on-site made for great morning rides to nearby Ston. Best of all, it’s pet-friendly. We brought both our cat and our dog, and felt completely safe — the property is well enclosed, so even our adventurous cat could roam freely without us worrying. Highly recommended for a peaceful, nature-filled stay with sea view from everywhere.

Fabulous location. Very quiet and peaceful. Having a car was a bonus to explore the peninsula. Villa was extremely well equipped, and many little touches such as a lunch platter on arrival & homemade wine & soaps etc. Really enjoyed being to use the kayak. Paddled around to the local restaurant a couple of times. Communication and helpful advice from Karolina was plentiful and really appreciated. Thank you - we had a wonderful stay Thank you Karolina

Sincere hospitality of the host was very amazing and unexpected (in good meaning)! Me and my family are very happy that we chose this nice quite house. Here you can find everything you need for cocking and your life. This house is good for families with kids. It’s clean and looks better than on photo. Hope once we will come back again ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vacation House More, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment of my arrival, Lenci and Marin have done everything to ensure our comfort and my satisfaction, always available and kind. The apartment has everything you need to live, the shops in the nearby locality just 4 minutes by car and Dubrovnic city 40 minutes by car. The prime location on the beach has made this vacation unforgettable. terrace overlooking the sea that allowed you to admire the view, I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

We had a great stay, the host is very welcoming. The accommodation is ideally located with a very beautiful sea view and lots of vegetation, enough to feel fully on vacation. The accommodation was clean and well arranged, it has air conditioning which is not an option in this beautiful sunny country. I recommend it!

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and about 15 minutes away from old town. Anita and her family are extremely welcoming and kind. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and a couple of restaurants. The best part of this place is how close is it to the water. Literally steps away. This is the perfect place to be if you want to be right on the water but also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of old town. If you are thinking of booking this place, do so!!!

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
