Holiday rentals with a patio in Dubrovnik

Ana’s place was a really nice and modern! The location with free parking for your entire stay was pretty convenient. The balcony with the view of the fort was beautiful. We wish we stayed longer in Dubrovnik, it is such a beautiful city and the location is optimal! Thank you Benjamin

What’s an absolutely stunning place this is. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. We loved it so much we will likely go back. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a great location too, there is a local bus stop 2 minutes from the property which runs a regular service so you can literally get everywhere. Could rate this stay anymore, 10/10

Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Apartment is in peaceful area walkable distance from Dubrovnik old town, perfect balance with enjoying the buzz of Old Town, and resting away from all crowds. There is easy buss connection available too. Instantly felt good when entering the apartment & apartment is very well equipped and clean& nicely decorated. Ivo is proactive & friendly host. Highly recommend staying at his apartment.

Miho extremely helpful , meeting us in person at 10pm to show us around the flat. Always responds promptly. Flat is finished to a high level . Old Town walkable and plenty of buses as well . Beautiful beach 5 minutes away ( maybe 15 when walking back up steps!!). Hard to find fault with anything.

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb we have had the pleasure of staying in. Maro was extremely helpful and kind not only whilst staying at his property but on the lead up too. We were given tons of recommendations and tips from maro which proved extremely helpful to our day. We were left a few refreshments and some basic food which really was a nice touch and did help until we got our bearings and visited a shop ourselves. Lastly, the place is absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. I cannot fault it in the slightest! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and thank you again Maro!!!

We stayed at Lili’s place for 3 days with my family, including my 60 year old parents and 1 year old baby. Lili’s place has a great view where we enjoyed every morning for breakfast, and we felt home from the first moment we walked in. Ivan has been very accommodating, and very helpful. He greeted us, checked us in and gave us great advice. The apartment is close to old town - 10 mins Uber drive. It has a good pizza place around and a super market. Overall, we love Lili’s place and will highly recommend.

An amazing stay in Dubrovnik! A lovely apartment with a balcony/terrace to sit out in the sun. A short taxi or bus ride to the Old Town or a nice stroll in the sunny weather! The apartment was beautiful and clean with cosy seating area and a comfy bed. Rhubin provided local recommendations for restaurants and activities and was very responsive to messages and questions. We loved our stay and would happily return to Dubrovnik to stay here! :) Martha & Ethan

Maja was extremely responsive and kind, with instant local recommendations and providing anything we needed! We loved the house as it was clean, the perfect size, and a bit away from most of the tourism. We loved our stay!

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

We enjoyed our stay Right in old town of Dubrovnik with a view of the wall, water and Locum island. We were close for walking to everything we wanted to do. We loved the bakery that opened at 6:30 am by the outside market The house had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It is on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, but it is totally worth the climb. Sammy and Alem were very responsive to our questions. We would book this wonderful place the next time we are in Dubrovnik.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

Nikolina’s place was perfect - the views from the balcony are stunning (especially during sunset). It’s close enough to the old town by transport but also feels nice and peaceful. Views aside, Nikolina was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would highly recommend this place if you’re in Dubrovnik 😄

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

It was a quiet and clean accommodation!! Tina and her mother always gave an active response, so I had a comfortable stay!! It takes about 15-20 minutes by bus number 6, which comes every 10 minutes to Old Town!! Wi-Fi works well and there is also a smart TV!! And on the last day, you gave me a small souvenir, and I was so grateful!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
