Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. The Villa is situated in a tranquil village 10 minutes from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Large enough for groups or families as it has plenty of space and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (plus 3 additional sofa beds if needed), perfect for special birthdays and small parties. The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. All bookings are subject to a 3 night minimum stay, with a priority discount for 7 night stays.

Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
