Located in a private subdivision near Pagadian city airport,very secure area with 24 hrs security guard, very clean and quiet area. The house has 3 bedrooms fully airconditioned. Master's bedroom located downstairs with ensuite hot/cold shower and upstairs bedroom all air conditioned with shared bathrooms.Living area is fully airconditioned with 42 inches smart tv and cable . We have a private van that can be hire daily if guests required.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Fast speed internet PLDT fiber DSL up to 100mbps on speedtest. Use YouTube and Netflix on tv. Easy transportation with 15 pesos minimum fare with tricycle ride or we locally called it as Bao bao. Heads up there is an on going drainage construction, a temporary bamboo bridge with hand rails is available for access.
