I really enjoyed my time here. My review will be coloured by the fact that I was the only guest during my stay due to giving staff time off for Christmas. I had the entire top floor to myself which was extraordinary. First of all, the photos of the listing are perfectly accurate. The rooms are clean and the a/c works well. The third floor patio is a paradise. The roof is insulated and temperate both day and night. I was surprised how quiet it was at night despite being in the middle of the city. I worked nights happily out on the patio with my laptop. The shared kitchen has all the essentials as well as lockboxes with dishes and utensils for each resident which is a nice feature for anyone planning to stay a while. There is laundry on site for a small fee. The location is superb. Both malls are easily within walking distance and all amenities. Celi is a gracious host and treated me very kindly. The site security is top notch. If you want a safe, quiet place to stay this is it!

Per-Erick and Auntie Delma are great hosts because they made sure that we are safe going to their place by fetching us in bus terminal. They provided beyond service for my family that I never expected. Their place is very good for a day tour in Sicogon island and can accomodate group of people. Excellent porch for coffee time!Thank you for a great place!

The place was complete and fully furnished. It is well kept and very aesthetic. The caretaker was very nice and provided everything that we needed. The property was gated but found it to be semi-private because the gate was accessible and left unlock the whole day even during night time. Although the unit had a screen door and a main door, I personally would love if the gate would also be locked all the time for added security, especially for people like us who checked in with an infant. Overall, we had a great experience. 10/10.
