Florence was an exceptional host. Very warm and available. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The added bonus was the pool. In summary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to this rental. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to discover Nouméa in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We hope to be back soon.👍

Very nice host, available and welcoming, attentive to needs. Bright space, outdoor terrace protected even in rainy weather. Pool at 27 degrees even in dull weather. Parking at the foot of the house in the dead end lane. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie’s property. There was plenty of space for myself, wife and two kids - who really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very handy having shopping centres close to the property so we could utilise the beautiful kitchen. Required to properly enjoy all the beautiful local and imported (French) food and wine! Being able to hire a car (a must for New Caledonia in our opinion) and park it securely in the property was a big plus. The location of the place was more central than you think in Noumea and everything you needed (beaches, restaurants, shopping) was only a short drive away. The promenade path along the lagoon is great for a run or a walk at sunset and is right in front of your stay. Nathalie advised us (in good English!) about some nice things to do on the island and how to look after the cat ITunes. Definitely recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for one week. It was a pleasure to be able to look out over the Bay and watch the boats come and go. The swimming pool is just outside the lounge door which was perfect for swims at all times of the day and evening. We only met Gerard and Lucie on the last day as they had been away, but they are friendly and charming and looked after us very well. It is a little piece of paradise and we would love to return and highly recommend it.

Very good stay, the setting was very nice with a garden in which we could observe the birds and hear the song of the notou.

Olivia is a charming and discreet hostess, she welcomes us to a vast apartment extremely clean, tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. The covered terrace and the quiet and fragrant garden are an undeniable plus. A place we leave with regret. A big thank you.

Great Christmas stay, we did not have the chance to meet the little family but enjoyed the accommodation, which is functional. The pool is a real plus, and the perfect location for us.

I thank Arthur for his welcome and sympathy. Indeed, he was available, welcoming and attentive. He had prepared a drink for our arrival. The accommodation was impeccable, the bedding super comfortable, the apartment clean and tidy. Everything was perfect, we only did one night unfortunately but I recommend it gladly, don't hesitate! The pool is a plus with a large garden and its barbecue that we did not have time to enjoy but it is still a little plus! The price was more than fair, 5/5! Also the little cat Xéna, very cute and affectionate. Thank you for this (too short) stay!

Nice place to stay, but some Daya little noise from near by bar. Host is supercool and it is cleaned.
