Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

A 400 m2 garden is available with fruit trees and a vegetable garden... A large wooden terrace is located at the foot of the house and allows access to the garden. The house has a second terrace on the back with a spa ⚠️available from June 1, 2025 to September⚠️; ideal for chilling evenings.
