Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dunpo-myeon

Perfect location and close to station so we could get around very easily. Appreciate this as we used Arex trains and metros. Loved the location as there was a grocery near by, coffee and even food places. and the home had everything we needed from kitchen, washer/dryer and space was sufficient for 5 people. Highly recommend!!

It was a comfortable accommodation. If I go to Seoul, I want to stay again. I rested well before heading out.

I had a wonderful time in Seoul thank to Juyoung. The apartment is near Seoul station and perfect to travel in and out of the city. Juyoung always answered quickly to my questions and was very kind. Thank you so much!

Very comfortable accommodation! It was close to the subway station and the neighborhood was quiet, so I could relax after the trip. The interior was clean and pretty, the sunlight was good, and the house was big, so I spent it comfortably with my friends and I was very satisfied The host was so kind and quick to respond, I really want to compliment you. Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

The host was very kind And most of all, the house was clean and nice. The bathroom was tidy, and the kitchen, room, terrace, and living room were all neat and nice. I had a friend who was sensitive to smells from my friend who went with me, and he was also satisfied. 👍 If I come around here again, I'll definitely revisit. I had a good rest before heading out. ~

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

This check in was to go to KINTEX for a show.First of all, it is very convenient to walk for 30 seconds at the exit of Daika Station.There are also Olive young and convenience stores downstairs in the accommodation, as well as plenty of restaurants and Cafe.It also only takes 10 minutes to walk past the venue, and it is highly recommended that people who watch the show live here.Going to the airport and Seoul city area is also a bus that arrives directly in about 1 hour.The accommodation and the pictures matched the description and the bed was comfortable.Supplies are also provided and there is plenty of water in the fridge.Will stay again next time for a show.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. It was easy to find the location, and I was able to spend the day in a nice atmosphere with a lake view! Above all, I was able to stay well because the space was so clean.

I booked it and went really urgently, but it was nice that the communication was good because the response was quick. The accommodation was clean and urgent, but it was much better than a motel or hotel. The house was tidy, the bathroom, and it was nice to feel that you paid a lot of attention to everything!

The hosts were very friendly. They kindly offered breakfast every morning. The place was quiet and close to public transport. The Hanok was very nice with beautiful indoor yard. It was cozy and recommended if you want to experience traditional Korean accommodation.

The accommodation was beautiful. All rooms and bed sheets were clean. Everything, including tableware and towels, was sufficient and luxurious. The barbecue fire was prepared in advance so that the meat could be grilled right away. This is the first time I've experienced a place that prepares like this. Normally, you had to wait while inhaling the smoke until the fire was ready to grill the meat. Breakfast was fried eggs, 2 kinds of bread, salad, ham, 2 kinds of cheese, cream cheese, basil paste, jam, coffee, etc., but it was at the level of a luxury hotel. Above all, the host, Kyung-seon, was considerate so that I could stay comfortably. The people who went with me were very satisfied. I had a nice stay. Thank you.

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
