Holiday rentals with lake access in DuPage County

The hosts were incredibly nice! They truly did care about our stay. My stay consisted of recovering from a surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for! I got to enjoy the home and my husband got to go across the street to the beautiful park to fish. The questions we did have received quick responses every time. Next time we are in the area, we will be going back!

Extremely clean, large house. Kitchen is well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Appreciated that nothing needed to be done at check-out other than locking up.

Our stay was lovely! It felt so peaceful and homey and quiet. We live in the surrounding suburbs but Melanie’s place was the perfect getaway and didn’t feel like we were close to home (in a good way). Melanie was kind and responsive and helpful! Would love to come back sometime.

Kirsten’s place is clean, well stocked (it has everything we needed), and located in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood. She was responsive and clear in her communication. We really enjoyed our stay. High recommend!

Phenomenal house. My group of 12 was able to stay in both units of the house and it was a ton of space. Everything was extremely clean with modern finishes, comfy beds. The house was fully stocked with everything one would need including beach towels, kitchen equipment, firewood. There were even amenities added after we booked including in a sauna in the backyard. The backyard is the best part with a huge dining table new and spacious grill setup, large fire pit area, hot tub, and sauna. The surrounding area was beautiful and highly recommend 3 oaks recreation area for a beach, water obstacle course, and beach volleyball. Can not recommend this place enough.

Recently redone place on a quiet street that is walking distance to train, Ravinia, and shops/restaurants. Interior has been recently redone and was spotless; great activities in basement for kids and plenty of space for family to spread out and sleep comfortably. Hosts were awesome and extremely responsive to our questions and as someone who grew up nearby would definitely return for future visits.

Quaint cottage-like home in safe, clean neighborhood with easy access to multiple dog-friendly parks, restaurants/grocer, and north Chicago suburbs with rail stations into the city.

Lin’s Place is gorgeous. If you love being surrounded by beautiful vintage, well cared for wood floors, trim and built ins, this I your place. Convenient to Wrigley Field and Lincoln Park, this place is the one. I loved the back deck and garden on a great tree lined street. Thank you Lin and we look forward to our next trip to Chicago.

Fantastic location /! close to the lake and restaurants .Close to my wife’s work. The place was perfect. Nice , comfortable, cozy and clean. Communication with Ariel is perfect. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Loved discovering Evanston and the surrounding area! I’ve only been to Chicago a couple times and staying in the city is so expensive and the traffic is crazy so finding this place north of the city was a perfect place to stay after a Cubs day game. Very nice neighborhood and perfect house for my wife and I and my mother in law in tow. Would definitely stay here again if I want to stay a little outside of the city.

The living room was very comfortable and provided a great space for all our group to hangout after a wedding. The extra bedding and coffee was a nice plus!

This was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting for my daughter‘s graduation from Northwestern. Andersonville has tons of restaurants and shops that are within very easy walking distance anytime we needed anything The house were incredibly responsive. Make sure you brush up on your parallel parking skills before visiting as you will need them on a daily basis. That being said even if the street parking was full, we were able to park our car close by on the main road.

We had a pleasant stay! The space is small but thoughtfully arranged and very cozy, perfect for a short trip. Everything was clean and with a fresh, welcoming feel. The location is excellent: close to downtown, Chinatown, Navy Pier, and most of the key attractions you’d want to see on a first visit to Chicago. What stood out most was the host’s attentiveness—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother. Just a heads-up: the building has fairly thin walls, so some noise from neighboring units can be noticeable. Free street parking was surprisingly easy to find, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great spot with a responsive host and very convenient location.

I had a great stay at Andy and Maral's cozy apartment. Communication was good, Andy walked me through everything to know. The location was a nice quiet street off the main road. I'd recommend it.
