Flowers, a bottle of wine, lots of information about the house and the area: a great welcome! The house is beautiful, high up and therefore peaceful and a fantastic view over vineyards, wine towns and the Rhine Valley. Everything you need and more is available for carefree living. We especially enjoyed the garden, except on the balcony there are 4 seats in the garden at different heights, so you can choose between sun and shade at any time of the day. The area is beautiful: beautiful walks, the Sudliche Weinstrasse, interesting cities such as Speyer and Heidelberg, castles, history, in short, we have spent a great holiday here. 3 generations of my family had a lovely long weekend away at this gem of a place. It's all the things you would expect from the photos - plus a trampoline in the back yard that the three year old adored and a huge range of books and toys that kept her occupied on the day it rained. Very highly recommended.

We really liked the special atmosphere and the loving, personal and generous interior design in the old schoolhouse. In the large, well-equipped kitchen, the four of us were able to work well.

Susan was fantastic. Even before arriving Susan shared tips on how to reach her home. The space was perfect. A gorgeous private courtyard to have breakfast in the morning, or a drink and food in the evening. Beautifully decorated. comfortable bed, spacious Kitchen and Bathroom. Everything was as described and presented. We would definitely come back. We had a quick walk in to the main city, Susan's home is very close. We were spoiled for restaurants and ate in a couple of Susan's recommendations. Susan as a Host was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very responsive. Cannot recommend enough and ate already looking forward to our next visit in the near future!

The stay was great. The location was both close to the center, and very quiet. The proximity, e.g. to Strasbourg by car, is also great. The apartment is as described in the advertisement. Tugba was very friendly and always quickly accessible. I would be happy to come back.

Such a magical space! The house is beautiful and the apartment is fantastic!! From an enchanted courtyard, you enter a very inviting hallway area and from there, through a separate entrance, you enter the apartment, which welcomes guests in a bright and extremely tasteful way. The kitchen is spacious with a dining area and is excellently equipped. The living room is flooded with light and offers many cozy and artistic aspects. In the adjoining bedroom, you could actually spend the whole day in the most comfortable bed... if the sun of the Tuscany of Germany did not lure you so vehemently into the beautiful surroundings. Because there are castles, palaces, the Palatinate Forest, vineyards and wonderful places with open-minded and very friendly people. Absolutely recommended!

We were invited to a family celebration in the Pfinztal for the weekend and felt very comfortable in the apartment. With delicious cake, fresh fruit and drinks we were welcomed after the long drive. The apartment is very lovingly furnished, space for us 5 adults just right. Highly recommend!

Great place and attention

We had a nice short stay at Beate and Bernhard's. We have already been there for the second time. In the meantime, the apartment has been furnished differently and we like it even better now. As with the first time, everything was very tidy and clean. We felt right at home. We will be happy to come back.

An impeccable ground floor apartment, nothing was missing, nice bathtub and super comfortable extra wide sofa! Functional kitchen, dishwasher and parking space right in front appreciated! Our hosts have always been very responsive, a place to recommend 👌🏼

We loved our stay and would gladly come back. Great for kids: lots of games, big garden with football goal, slide. Spotlessly clean, confortable bed and sofa bed. Great communication with host. Quiet and private. Easy driving distance to other towns/restaurants/shopping. Access to bike trails.

I felt very comfortable in Nicole & Elisa's place, everything you needed was there. It is very nicely decorated. Very friendly hosts even though we didn't see each other in person. The location is also very good and it is easy to find. Would book again anytime:)

Top accommodation in a central yet quiet location. We felt very comfortable.

A great place to stay and enjoy the region. You can stay at home, cook some food, enjoy some wine, the nice view from the terrace and some animals around. Or you can go and explore the region because there is lots to do. You will get advice and tips from the kind hosts and they will leave you to it. Such a nice place and a perfect accommodation to stay for a while. Just mind your head every now and then because of the ceiling 😉 Would totally recommend!

All in all it was a beautiful stay. The bed was very comfortable and the view simply fantastic. Since it was very warm, we also had air conditioning in the room, which was very good. The balcony invites you to sit and eat together in the evening. From the accommodation, we reached everything quickly. Whether it was to the Mummelsee or a few purchases in the next town. We recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back. The contact with Tatjana was very friendly and uncomplicated. Thank you for everything.
