This apartment is in the Currila area in Durres. It is a new building and nice furnished apartment. In the balcony you can enjoy the sea view having coffee or food. You'll be just a few steps away from the sea and you can choose the swimming pool beneath the building, facing the sea.* You have everything in the kitchen to prepare meals. There is a restaurant in front of the building. *The pool is not included in the price, not managed by us, & open June-August. In 2018 it averages 3.5 euros.

The house is situated just a short walk ( 10min) to the beach through a shortcut by walking . A full refurbishment took place in January 2023.
