Wir waren für 4 Nächte bei Bao untergebracht. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Hier ein paar Sachen die wirklich herausgestochen haben: - super nettes und aufmerksames Personal - den ganzen Tag Kaffee/Tee umsonst (und auf Wunsch per IM aufs Zimmer gebracht) - nachmittagsbuffet mit Pfannkuchen, Obst und vielem mehr umsonst - ein komplett privater und nicht einsehbarer Pool - kostenloser Pickup vom Bahnhof Und das waren nur die Highlights!

We loved this place so much. Bao is a hospitable and gracious host. He and his team were so helpful and welcoming. Although we arrived during a terrible storm, the place was still so beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast and afternoon tea was very good. If any issues arose, Bao was on top of it! I liked that the location was so close to Old Town but in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing is, if you are going to use the safe, I would recommend getting the instruction video from Bao because it’s a little different from others.

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende ein absoluter Traum! Bao hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert, hat sich immer gemeldet ob man was braucht, hat dauerhaft dafür gesorgt dass man Wasser und Getränke hat, hat einem Tipps für Essen und Unternehmungen gegeben. Zudem hat man für einen günstigen Preis Scooter bekommen. Das Frühstück war perfekt und die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung sensationell, riesige Villa mit privaten Wohnungen und riesigem Pool!

The best airbnb we ever stayed in! Bao’s place exceeded our expectations by far. Our family had an amazing week in one of Bao’s villas with private pool. Everything was perfect, and Bao and his whole team are very nice and helpful. They made us feel very welcome! The villa was beautifully decorated and the pool was larger than we thought, our kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast and room service was so delicious! Bao even brought homemade chips for our kids. We had 2 free dinners included in our stay, and the food was absolutely amazing! We will recommend his place to everyone. If you are looking for a retreat for your self and family in beautiful Hoi An, this is the place to book😃

The place provides a certain level of privacy and we also have our private pool and it was super clean. And there is literally a huge bath tub inside our room. Bao and the staff are super nice and friendly. Highly recommend for family/ friend group/ couple

This place was delightful, one of the better options in Hoi An. The design is good, it’s clean and the hosts are so friendly. Breakfast is a wonderful addition each morning and high quality. Cleaning every morning. One bedroom up and another downstairs. Very spacious & with air con. Downstairs is outside. In the heat it is warm but there are fans. Pool has stairs and varied depths ( good for kids) Grabs can easily access (some cats reluctant because of narrow road) You can walk to sea breeze restaurant ( the best place to eat in hoi an hands down)

Mark was a great host and helped us arrange a transfer 9 seater from Danang directly to the house. He was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the two villas. Both were lovely, had comfortable large beds, and good hot showers. All were very happy with the accommodation. We spent Christmas here so found it a bit cold for using the pool. The villa itself is located out of Hoi An in a small local village area. The excellent restaurant Breeze is a 5 minute walk away and we loved dining in this jungle like location in comfortable bamboo open air building, The owners spoke good English were most accommodating. We had our best Vietnamese meals here. Mark also had arranged for our breakfasts and we chose from a Vietnamese or Western menu. This was a great treat. Both villas had kitchen areas but we didn't use them as found eating out and breakfast kept us happy. The cost of food was very reasonable. Download the Grab ap for taxis, try Lim Dining for Italian food.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

최근 다낭에서 부모님과 두 아이를 데리고 이 풀 빌라에서 멋진 휴가를 보내게 되었습니다. 숙소에 도착하자마자 넓고 깊은 수영장이 저희 가족 모두를 반겨주었습니다. 아이들이 수영장에서 즐겁게 놀 수 있었고, 저와 부모님은 수영장 옆에서 여유롭게 책을 읽거나 대화를 나누며 평화로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 수영장이 이렇게 크고 잘 관리된 것은 정말 큰 장점이었습니다. 숙소는 골프장 안에 위치해 있어 치안이 매우 좋았고, 주변의 조경이 아름다워 자연 속에서 힐링을 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 부모님은 조용하고 평화로운 환경을 매우 좋아하셨고, 아이들은 안전한 공간에서 놀 수 있어 편안해 했습니다. 숙소의 위치 덕분에 도시의 소음에서 벗어나 완전한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 3개의 넓은 룸과 2개의 매트리스 덕분에 가족 모두가 편안하게 지낼 수 있었고, 공간이 넉넉해 각자 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 주방도 새것처럼 깨끗하고 최신 시설이 갖추어져 있어서 요리하기 매우 좋았고, 부

가장친한 친구들과 가족동반 12명이 3박동안 아주 편하고 즐겁게 지내다왔습니다 넓고 청결했으며 시원하게 에어콘이 나와서 좋았습니다, 다낭 식당들이나 술집들은 에어콘이 너무 약해서 덥더라구요 호스트은 SARAH 는 너무친절하게 응대를해주었고 다낭 불꽃놀이 기간이었는데 노보텔에있는 sky36바 vip석을 예약해줘서 바로앞에서 불꽃이 터지는 아름답고 잊지못할 경험을했습니다

Last-Minute Booking! Right from the start, Dang reached out to me immediately to see how he could help, and he really made me feel like part of the family. This trip was extremely important to both me and my family, and his team was there for us every step of the way. Win, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic! This house is simply wonderful—secure and tranquil. The beach? Stunning! It's a perfect spot for families and larger groups. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast together. I would give this Airbnb a solid 10, and I can't wait to come back again. Ngoc's apartment is relatively close to the ancient town, maybe 10-15 walk. The apartment was nice, clean, with a comfy bed and shower. The best thing about this place is the hosts' hospitality - they let us borrow bikes for free, store our luggage for late evening pick up, and even check out a little later than we were supposed to as we were running late from an event. Ngoc's responses are quick and helpful. One thing my girlfriend wanted me to mention is that walking to the apartment during the night was a little scary especially due to the lack of street lighting so if you're a solo female, that's something worth considering. That said we really enjoyed our stay here and might do again if we come back to Hoi An.

A beautiful, peaceful place! Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, as soon as we arrived we got a full run down of the city with recommendations and a map. They made our breakfast fresh every morning and were always friendly. We felt very safe here and the views were lovely.

Decent place close to old town but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Water, tea and coffee available with many restaurants and mini markets close by. Mattresses are spring not foam. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Very responsive and kind host! I was able to change to a nicer room with balcony

I had such an enjoyable stay here. A family run business, I was made to feel welcome from the start. Always attentive to my needs, if I needed a trip booking or a taxi, they could arrange that for you. The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh for each person and fresh fruit. So tasty! I had a bedroom which was really big, had good views and the bed was so comfortable. I slept so well every night. It was around a 10min walk into old town, over the bridge. You can use grab app if you have the app (taxi app). There were so many good options and spas around, not just in old town. I would most definitely come back to stay here. We were blown away by GreenHill Villa. There was hospitality was untouchable from the moment we arrived everything was taken care of and we sat down and were shown good places to see, explained where breakfast would be, offered us bikes which are free or you can rent a good scooter for the day too. The rooms were unbelievable, the space and size of the room was amazing and well looked after rooms as well but not to mention the bath tub which worked so well especially after a long day of touring around Old Town. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to fly back home but if we could we would have stay for 8 days easily ! Highly recommended and you won’t regret it

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni presso questa bellissima struttura che si trova in una zona tranquilla e curata di Hoi An. La camera e l'intero complesso erano puliti egregiamente. Le ragazze alla reception erano gentilissime e pronte sempre per soddisfare ogni nostra evenienza,parlando oltretutto un ottimo inglese. Consigliatissimo!

I had a wonderful stay at Tram’s peaceful and beautiful homestay. The surroundings are gorgeous - beautiful rice fields - the room was very comfortable, and it’s great to be able to relax in the pool when the weather’s hot. I enjoyed the quick cycle across a small bridge to the old town too (bicycles available for free). Tram and her family are extremely welcoming and friendly. I would also recommend going to Art Spa, which is run by the same family, for a massage (guests at the villa get a discount). Highly highly recommend!

Quel bonheur de séjourner chez Hanh et sa famille!! Nous avons été traitées comme des membres de la famille. Mon séjour à Hoi An a malheureusement été marqué par une grosse indigestion; Hanh et sa sœur ont pris soin de moi en m’apportant un porridge à base de riz et de carottes qui a contribué à me remettre sur pied. J’y étais pour mon anniversaire et Hanh et ses enfants m’ont apporté un gâteau d’anniversaire et m’ont chanté leurs souhaits. J’ai été vraiment touchée par cette délicate attention (même si mon état de santé ne m’a pas permis d’y goûter - mais ma fille m’a dit qu’il était très bon 😉). C’est certain que si je retourne un jour à Hoi An, ce sera chez Hanh!
